| In recent years,photovoltaic power generation technology has been rapidly developed,photovoltaic panel installation and power generation costs are also decreasing,and the photovoltaic industry has been rapidly popularized.Therefore,the monitoring and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants has gradually become an important topic.In order to monitor the working status of each photovoltaic module in real time,it is necessary to develop a practical photovoltaic module monitoring module.This article firstly describes the current research status of photovoltaic module monitoring modules at home and abroad,and then designs the overall framework of the module monitoring modules,then analyzes and selects the communication method between the photovoltaic modules,designs the communication protocol between the modules,and ensure that the host and slave of the module can communicate normally;Finally,the hardware circuit and the corresponding embedded software program of the photovoltaic module monitoring module are designed.This paper focuses on the research and design of photovoltaic module monitoring circuit,the circuit mainly includes:power supply circuit,carrier coupling circuit,carrier modulation and demodulation circuit,voltage and current monitoring circuit,etc.The PCB production of this monitoring circuit is completed,and then the voltage and current signal acquisition of the photovoltaic module and the normal communication between the host and the slave are realized through the written software program.System joint debugging was carried out in the school engineering experiment center to realize real-time monitoring of the working status of photovoltaic modules.The practical photovoltaic module monitoring circuit designed in this paper is of great significance for maintaining photovoltaic power stations and improving the working efficiency of photovoltaic power stations. |
