Nowadays,China's high-speed railway construction has developed at a high speed and has achieved remarkable development achievements.Railway traffic makes people's lives more convenient and comfortable,and also promotes economic prosperity and development.Therefore,it is especially important to ensure the normal operation of railway traffic.The number of technical archives of high-speed railway trains is numerous and scattered,and the troubleshooting work process is complicated.The railway staff has low efficiency in checking files,and the contents of railway archives generated by the daily operation of the national railway are constantly enriched and updated.How to establish an information integration system for railway fault maintenance operation management,integrated archive information,and remote information exchange is an issue that the railway department has continuously studied and urgently needs to be solved.Based on the background above,the railway fault emergency command and maintenance process management system came into being.The system is an integrated management system integrating fault maintenance operation management,emergency support,and various types of railway archives information.It aims to standardize railway safety management,improve railway work efficiency,and reduce the risk of major accidents on railways.The system mainly strengthens the control of the operation of the high-speed rail through two aspects,thereby reducing the risk of major accidents.First,the train inspector conducts troubleshooting of the hidden troubles,and enters the fault information in the system,and the system can analyze the fault,forming a visual interface to support administrator to analyze.For the existing faults,the system personnel should store the information into the system,so that the operation information such as troubleshooting,maintenance task assignment,and inspection and maintenance inspection are clearly visible in the system,which helps the management personnel to view the high-speed rail operation status and monitoring continuously the entire life cycle of railway failures.Second,when a railway emergency event occurs,the emergency commander comprehensively understands the train failure condition through multimedia communication means such as video and audio that the mechanic immediately provides at the scene of the accident.The emergency commander looks up various railway materials dynamically stored in the inspection system to Provide detailed technical support to the field mechanic.So we can achieve our goal of being prepared for emergency,timely response,and efficient disposal.This paper starts from the railway fault repair safety management process to carry out the requirement analysis,elaborates according to the system's functional requirements and non-functional requirements,and based on this,completes the overall design and detailed design.We explain the system visually by using the system flow chart,class diagram,sequence chart,which are a series of visual tools.The system mainly includes three modules:emergency dispatch command module,maintenance operation process management module and railway archive information library module.At the same time,the paper also describes the system's functional test,non-functional test and system test effect.At present,we have completed system functional development and testing and put it into use.Since its launch,it has greatly helped the safe operation of the high-speed rail.It has been put into use within the railway system and has been put into use,and has received many recognitions and suggestions.The system promotes the standardization of the troubleshooting process of the high-speed rail,the efficiency of emergency treatment,and the integration of engineering data.
