High-speed Railway Passenger Emergency Disposal Evaluation Quantitative Research

In recent years,as passengers have higher and higher requirements for the safety,comfort and convenience of railway ride experience,the development of high-speed railway passenger transport industry has become more and more standardized.But at the same time,passengers also put forward higher requirements for the rapid and effective passenger emergency treatment of high-speed railway.At present,China’s high-speed railway emergency management can not meet the rapid development of high-speed railway passenger service quality,especially in the high-speed railway passenger emergency treatment,lack of scientific theoretical support and evaluation and analysis system,to some extent,it restricts the improvement of the comprehensive level of high-speed railway emergency management.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research status and the evaluation status of high-speed railway passenger emergency treatment in China,the necessity of establishing a quantitative evaluation system of high-speed railway passenger emergency treatment is put forward.According to the common problems in the emergency treatment of high-speed railway passenger transport,the evaluation index of emergency treatment is obtained combining with the emergency plan,system and methods.The final index system of emergency response was obtained after the Delphi method was used to unify expert opinions.The evaluation quantification model is established by calculating the index weight through analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of the model,100 high-speed railway emergency disposal cases are taken as samples to calculate the scoring interval of emergency disposal effect.The data of equal frequency division box is discretized and the classification standard of five equal division is obtained.Taking the emergency treatment of travel injury of high-speed railway EMU and the emergency treatment of pulling tube of passenger em U in passenger high-speed railway station as cases,the quantitative evaluation model of passenger emergency treatment of high-speed railway is applied.The single emergency response event rating and the quantitative analysis of the weak links of emergency response are realized,Furthermore,it provides theoretical reference and direction suggestions for how to improve emergency management in the next step.
