As an important part of high-speed electrified railway and the core component of traction power supply system,overhead catenary plays an important role in improving railway transport efficiency,ensuring railway transport safety and reducing energy consumption 。 With the smooth operation of high-speed railway,the overhead line equipment for traction power supply has begun to slowly appear aging phenomenon,and the typical equipment defects have been further highlighted.Some parts have appeared aging and fatigue phenomenon,and it is time to replace them。According to the requirements of the Interim Regulations for the Operation and Maintenance of High-speed Railway dynamic quality,the maintenance operation cannot carry out comprehensive repair work,resulting in the failure to deal with the equipment problems in a comprehensive way to achieve the standard state of equipment;It is found through inspection that the equipment conductor is in good condition and the wear is lower than the replacement requirements.If the conductor is replaced by the whole anchor segment,the total amount of work will be increased,and there will be a waste of resources,which will increase the labor intensity and increase the operation risk。In order to strengthen the performance and state management of overhead catenary of high-speed railway,the former China Railway Corporation formulated the implementation measures for fine measurement and fine repair of overhead catenary of high-speed railway,which effectively combined fault treatment of spare parts with maintenance of overhead catenary,and carried out fine detection with high-tech means such as 6C technology parts inspection.According to the test data and results,diagnose and analyze the quality status of the dynamic quality based on the monitoring results of the dynamic quality operation status and the daily maintenance status,etc.,compile the dynamic quality test and analysis report,and organize the completion of the finishing work;After finishing,the parameters of the catenary are measured and confirmed.Through analysis of test data and comparison of waveforms,the finishing effect is verified to ensure that the parts are effectively replaced,the equipment parameters are stable,and the catenary is at the standard performance level to realize the design function。The extensive overhauling operation of high-speed railway overhead catenary evolves into fine overhaul operation.In particular,the direction change of controlling the state of parts and equipment parameters reaching the standard is to standardize the fine measurement and repair work of high-speed railway overhead catenary,so as to ensure the safe operation of high-speed railway overhead catenary。In this paper,the operation of Shanghai-Hanrong high-speed railway,which was completed and opened to traffic in the early stage,is selected to summarize the operation status of the dynamic quality since its opening.Through fine detection and strict evaluation,plans are formulated to carry out precise maintenance,restore the standard state of the dynamic quality,and to explore and practice the fine measurement and fine repair of the dynamic quality,so as to improve the static and dynamic quality of the dynamic quality 。 Exploring the overhaul system reform of overhead line operation management,standardizing the three-level overhead line repair(fine measurement and fine repair),providing theoretical reference for the basic operation management units of high-speed railway power supply to strengthen and practice the three-level overhead line repair(fine measurement and fine repair)。... |
