Patrol inspection service is a common means to ensure the normal operation of network and line,which is widely used in various industrial scenes,such as power line inspection,natural gas pipeline inspection and other scenes.Due to the increasing diversification of equipment and business,the workload of patrol inspection task,many management problems and low work efficiency are becoming more and more prominent,which need to be studied and solved urgently.In order to ensure the continuity of the operation of the patrol vehicle request task and improve the service quality of the communication link,this paper focuses on the service migration mechanism and link optimization mechanism.At present,there have been some research results about these two aspects,but there are still limitations.Service migration aspect,on the edge of the established network state model,lack of existing research on the node is not available,the link is not available,regional,not with case discussion,when migration decisions,existing research rarely combined equipment moving and checking scenario,the existing research when making transfer revenue function,consideration is not perfect,The impact of migration cost,migration delay,server capacity and link bandwidth on decision making is not considered jointly.Link optimization,establishes the link model,existing research rarely taking into account the influence of the doppler frequency shift,when making the optimization goal at the same time,the existing research on the optimum link joint research is less,no system of coverage and the efficiency of joint optimization,optimization results can be further ascension.In view of the shortcomings of the above two aspects in the existing research,this paper studies the service migration mechanism and link optimization mechanism in the inspection business process.The main contents are as follows:(1)In order to effectively shorten the service interruption delay and ensure the continuity of service,a service migration mechanism based on device movement and edge network state is proposed.Firstly,four edge network state models are established based on the available resources and link capacity of the edge server.Considering the distribution,path efficiency and path length of the target to be inspected,the path cost function is obtained,and the vehicle path planning algorithm is designed by using Dijkstra algorithm.Then,based on the MDP model,the state set,action set and revenue function of service migration are established,and the four constraints of migration cost,migration delay,server available capacity and link bandwidth are discussed.The sample space of migration decision is obtained by using the Z3 solver,and then the migration decision is obtained by using the DQN algorithm to optimize the benefits.Finally,the simulation results show that this mechanism can effectively shorten the service interruption delay,improve the success rate of migration,and reduce the migration cost.(2)In order to improve the quality of communication service,a UAV assisted communication link optimization mechanism based on system coverage and system energy efficiency is proposed.Firstly,based on the research results of UAV communication and the main characteristics of the patrol operation environment,the path loss model and resource allocation model are established to obtain the optimization goal of system coverage.Then,the link throughput model was obtained based on round-trip delay and packet loss rate,and then combined with the power consumption model,the optimization objective of system energy efficiency was obtained.Finally,through the inspection data rate of the vehicle,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)flight height,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)transmitted power and received signal strength and signal to noise ratio five constraint condition limit,the problems of the target with the improved particle swarm algorithm the optimal solution is obtained,to obtain the optimal drones flying height,resource allocation methods and parameters such as transmission power,Finally,the simulation experiment proves that the joint optimization method can improve the total coverage rate and total energy efficiency of the system,improve the communication service quality,and the comprehensive performance of the proposed mechanism is good.
