Belt conveyor is a kind of high efficiency,large volume of continuous transport equipment,widely used in power plants,coal mines,ports and other fields.At present,the driving device of belt conveyor mainly adopts asynchronous motor with reducer and hydraulic coupler to drive the main roller.Based on the analysis of belt conveyor drive mode,on the basis of a direct driving roller of belt conveyor is designed external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor variable frequency speed regulation system,to replace the traditional drive mode,the direct driving roller of belt conveyor of the permanent magnet motor,frequency conversion control circuit,the experimental platform for the design and analysis,the main work is as follows.Firstly,a detailed comparative analysis is made between the drive mode of asynchronous motor with reducer and the direct drive mode of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the application of external-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor in belt conveyor is introduced.Secondly,according to the technical requirements of the belt conveyor transmission system to the driving device,the S-shaped starting curve and acceleration curve are obtained.According to the technical requirements and driving power of the direct-driven roller of the belt conveyor,a matching outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)was designed with the parameters of 100kW power,magnetic pole 40 and rated speed 90r/min.On this basis,the speed control of direct-driven roller permanent magnet synchronous motor at low speed is analyzed,and the dynamic mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established under the rotation d-q coordinate,and the vector control strategy of id=0 is proposed at low speed.Aiming at the problems of small counter electromotive force and poor accuracy of rotor position Angle and speed estimation in low speed operation,the high frequency signal injection method is introduced to estimate rotor position Angle and speed,and the method of rotor position Angle and speed estimation is analyzed in detail.Finally,the hardware circuit design of direct-drive roller frequency conversion speed regulating system of belt conveyor is carried out,and the main circuit of three-phase inverter,IPM isolated drive circuit and voltage/current detection circuit are designed with digital control DSP(F2812)as the control core.The experimental platform of direct-drive roller variable frequency speed regulating system of belt conveyor was established,and the steady state characteristic,starting characteristic and load performance of the direct-drive roller variable frequency speed regulating system of direct-drive roller were tested respectively,and the correctness and technical advantages of the control scheme of direct-driven roller of permanent magnet synchronous motor were verified.The experimental system has a good starting speed regulation performance within the rated load range and can well meet the requirements of starting speed regulation of direct-drive roller of belt conveyor.Figure[50]table[8]reference[63]...
