China’s economic development in the 21st century is advancing by leaps and bounds,which has strongly promoted the development of the power industry.At present,my country’s power industry is still dominated by traditional thermal power plants.During the operation of the steam turbine generator set,once a failure occurs,it will have a very large impact on the economic benefits of the power grid and the power plant.In order to avoid the occurrence of faults,it is necessary to monitor the state of the steam turbine generator set and diagnose the faults that have occurred.Most of our country’s vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis systems are developed based on the C/S mode.The C/S system cannot meet the current needs due to the limitations of the local area network.With the development of network information technology,remote vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis of turbo-generator sets have become possible.Therefore,this article develops a set of remote vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis systems for turbo-generator sets.This article first conducts a detailed investigation on the development of the turbo-generator vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system and the current research status at home and abroad,and studies the principles of vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis technology to lay a theoretical foundation for system development.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the system under different modes,the B/S mode was finally selected as the system development mode.In order to prevent the B/S system from being unavailable due to system maintenance and other reasons,the C/S system was developed as a supporting system.Through the analysis of the functional requirements and data storage requirements of the B/S system and C/S system,the development plan is initially determined.When developing the B/S system and C/S system,this article chooses.NET as the development platform,SQL Server database as the data storage container,and C#language and HTML5 as the development language.The main development functions of the system include vibration monitoring,historical data viewing,information configuration,alarm reminder and fault diagnosis functions,which can realize remote vibration monitoring and online fault diagnosis of steam turbine generator sets.This article gives a detailed introduction to the function development process and application technology of the system,focusing on real-time monitoring,fault diagnosis and alarm functions.After successfully developing the system,test it and show the final result. |
