Driven by many driving forcs,thousands of wind energy projects have been put into operation.In addition,because of another wave of rush loading in China,all wind power equipment enterprises are rapidly promoting the production and manufacturing of order products,which aggravates the exposure of problems.In order to ensure the operation stability of the equipment under harsh environmental conditions and severe wear and tear,aftermarket operation and maintenance services are more important than other tasks.Today,all kinds of advanced science and technology have transformed the implementation of IOT solutions in various industries.These new technologies provide wind turbine manufacturers with new opportunities for aftermarket operation and maintenance,and inject new power into aftermarket maintenance of wind power generation.Affected by this force,wind turbine companies need to reconsider the current industry environment,adjust them strategies for the aftermarket,try to innovate business models to adapt to the current market,redesign the value chain around it,and formulate corporate strategies.Competitiveness.This article analyzes the current domestic wind power aftermarket maintenance industry market and development of IOT.Using the example of company H,after completing the analysis of the situation in the company,this article provides a case study for the reform of the after-sales operation and maintenance regime of wind turbine manufacturers.With this in mind,this article explores an IOT solution created by deeply integrating advanced technology into the aftermarket service support of wind turbine manufacturers as a guideline for the development of related businesses in the future.
