With the continuous improvement of the living standard of our country and the rapid development of the automobile industry,as an important service facility for fuel vehicles-gas stations have also been developed by leaps and bounds,and it's number increasing,more and more widely distributed.However,Gas station original operations management mode has many defects,such as the lack of standardized work flow,cannot achieve the fine management,fixed assets management and operational information to centralized management and a variety of information storage and difficulties to find,which makes the original gas station operation management method has been unable to meet the needs of refined oil business,the urgent need for a more effective management method to improve the current situation of the gas station.With the emergence of BIM and Internet of things technology,new ideas have been opened up to improve the operation and maintenance management of gas stations.Existing literature on the Internet of things technology applied to gas station operations management as the single point of application of Internet technology,more the lack of the application of system integration,and the Internet of things combined with BIM research are even more less.On the basis of introducing the theory of BIM technology and Internet technology operational management,we build a BIM and IOT integrated management system of station operations,and expounds the typical application of this management system and the integration of the key technology of system implementation,Finally,this paper set China petrochemical Liuzhou east ring gas station as an example,and the operational model of creating,BIM model and GIS integration,Internet equipment layout,as well as the number of quality management,safety management,logistics management,and other typical applications are demonstrated,the results show that the BIM and IOT integrated management system has more significant advantages than the traditional one in daily work efficiency and efficiency of equipment maintenance,property management,product distribution efficiency,emergency disposal efficiency.
