China has a long history of Marine development and a vast maritime territory,especially rich in oil and gas and fishery resources,coastal developed countries and regions are increasing the development of Marine resources,the development of Marine economy is inevitably inseparable from ship transportation.A fire broke out while the ship was sailing,aid from outside is harder than on land,able to rely on crew and ship’s fire fighting equipment,how to detect the fire in time and take action is very important.Therefore,people have higher requirements for ship navigation safety,how to improve the fire control ability of ship safety comprehensive monitoring,it’s also something that people face.This paper focuses on the problem of intelligent monitoring of large ship cabin fire,the development status of ship fire monitoring technology at home and abroad is used for reference,make full use of smart phone compact,convenient,strong performance and other characteristics,a ship fire monitoring system based on Android is designed.The Android operating system is an operating system developed by Google in conjunction with other suppliers,the system platform has obvious advantages of openness,rich hardware and is very suitable for designers to develop,according to the software requirements and Android device characteristics,to select the development platform and running tools,its powerful operating system brings a lot of convenience to people.On the theoretical basis of studying the characteristics of ship fire and the effective prevention and control measures,the research design of this paper is divided into three modules: field monitoring terminal,Web server side and Android phone client.The field monitoring terminal uses a thermal resistance temperature sensor,a co2 gas concentration sensor,a data collector and a wireless camera to assemble a device,the collector sends the effective voltage of the sensor through TCP/IP protocol to the Web server database for storage,the wireless camera comppresses the captured video into MPEG format and stores it in a Web server database,when an Android phone client sends a data request to a Web server,the server will respond after correctly identifying it,send the stored data to the Android phone client,after the mobile client parses the data stream,run through the internals of the Android operating system,exile the data into an already designed interface display.The staff can monitor the interior of the ship cabin through the display of the mobile phone interface,the convenience brought by the system can improve the working environment of ship operators,at the same time,it also promotes the improvement of China’s ship fire monitoring and monitoring ability,it can be used to guide the safety production of shipbuilding industry.
