In the context of the pace of global economic integration is accelerating,the global trade in goods is huge,and the economic exchanges between China and the cities in the world are deepening.Port as the main transport hub of marine transport,in the rapid development of China's economy plays a vital role.Container transport as the main mode of transport in the shipping,in addition to playing an important role in the transport,but also involves handling,handling and storage and other issues.Port container yard is an important place for containers in the whole transport link,which provides container transport,storage,inspection and maintenance functions.Over the years,China's ports have varying degrees of security issues,especially in the port container yard.The representative incident is the explosion of Tianjin Binhai New Area,which has caused huge losses of personnel and property,exposing the loopholes in the safety management of the harbor.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the safety management of the container yard.In order to solve the safety problems in the container yard,this paper firstly introduces the related concepts and functions of the container yard.After further understanding the present situation of the container yard safety management,taking the Tianjin Eurasian International Container Co.,Ltd.as the research object,The cause of the accident.Then,the influencing factors that affect the safety of the container yard are divided into three aspects:safety facilities,management technology and safety and security.12 from the above three aspects are selected to affect the safety index of the container yard.Then,according to the constructed yard safety index system,The AHP method was used to establish the model,and the weight coefficient of the safety evaluation index was obtained.The safety level of the container yard in Tianjin Port was evaluated by expert scoring.Finally,the "Intrinsic Safety Management System"was added to the safety of the container yard in Tianjin Port Management,and based on the results of a series of solutions and measures to guide enterprises to implement the effective management of the container yard to assist the national law enforcement departments to conduct unified supervision.
