As the urbanization continues to advance our country and the national economy has it's steady development, a new round of infrastructure construction spread across the country, and the government also increase the investment on the municipal project. In the context of large-scale construction, the safety situation in municipal engineering should receive a special attention.Viaduct construction has a great impact on the public, more aerial operations, large hoisting load, tall and dense holders which prone to collapse and so on.Prefabricated method is widely used in the construction of the viaduct. In order to prevent accidents which may occur during the construction of the viaduct, so that safety risks remain in a controllable state. The safety risk research of the prefabricated viaduct construction is necessary.Based on the expert survey, reconnaissance, collecting and collating prefabricated viaduct documents, reference and learning on the theory of previous scholar about the security systems engineering and risk management on the rail viaduct project. According to expert scoring method to collect the raw data, using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) to establish a mathematical model, supported by MATLAB software for calculations, the construction process of the main risk factors will be figured out, and the control measures will be carried out for the results of the assessment. It is a usable methods for managers to analyze the risk of viaduct construction.
