Development Of Characteristic Research On Rural Complex In Gansu Province Based On AHP-Multi-Level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Under the background of the new urbanization and the strategy of rural revitalization,the pastoral complex guided by the new idyllic theory came into being,which is a new exploration mode in line with the reality of China’s rural areas in the new era.It is also a rural development mode to realize urban-rural integration and new urbanization.However,from the current overall development of the rural complex,its characteristics are generally inadequate,homogeneous competition problems.As the representative of the western countryside,Gansu Province can be regarded as the epitome of the whole China to some extent because of its unique geographical location,topography and climatic conditions.The territory is complex and diverse,natural scenery beautiful picturesque,profound historical and cultural heritage.These characteristic resources provide the possibility for the characteristic development of pastoral complex.Therefore,based on the characteristic natural resources,human resources and industrial resources of Gansu Province,this paper evaluates the characteristic development potential of pastoral complex in Gansu Province by combining hierarchical analysis with multi-level fuzzy complex evaluation.It provides reference for determining the key direction and main ideas of the characteristic development of pastoral complex in Gansu Province,so as to promote the differentiation,complementarity and benign development of rural complex in Gansu Province.First of all,according to the research theme and the provincial situation of Gansu Province,and through extensive consultation with experts,the index system that affects the characteristic development of rural complex in Gansu Province is obtained.The index system includes three aspects: natural resources,rural humanistic resources and rural industrial resources.Then,This paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to invite 20 experts to determine the weights each hierarchy of indicators,It turns out,Leisure agriculture,farmland landscape,facility agriculture,characteristic agriculture and farming civilization have the greatest influence on the characteristic construction of rural complex,With a weight of 0.0763,0.0756,0.0626,0.0620,0.0596.Historical background,desert landscape and religious culture have the least influence on the development of pastoral complex,The weights are 0.0180,0.0177,0.0125.On that basis,The article invites 105 experts and students to rate the indicators in Gansu Province,And the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the comprehensive score of the characteristic development of the pastoral complex in Gansu Province and the score of each sub-index,The results showed that Longnan City had the highest score,Score 4.0728,The greatest potential for development,Tianshui City and Zhangye City,The scores were 3.8813 and 3.7318 respectively.Jinchang,Wuwei and Jiayuguan scored the lowest,The scores were 3.2661,3.2065 and 3.1307 respectively.Finally,Based on the evaluation results,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of the characteristic development of rural complex in Gansu Province,Combined with domestic and foreign practical cases and the development of geographical indication agricultural products in Gansu Province,this paper puts forward the development strategy of the characteristic development of the pastoral complex in Gansu Province and the guidance for the characteristic development of the pastoral complex in each city.
