A Study On The Risk Management Of The Electric Vehicle Crash Safety Performance Development

With the increase in amount of car and environmental problems,and consumer`s concerns about safety of driving,safer electric vehicles are developed to meet the demand of market.Safer electric vehicle products enhance the competitiveness of the company.This is a challenge to companies that have no experience in developing electric vehicles.Some companies use risk management methods to deal with this challenge,promoting the achievement of performance development goals.The A company also needs risk management which has no experience in electric vehicle development.This paper uses case analysis method and takes the A company as the research object to analyze the risk management of the electric vehicle crash safety performance development process.The paper analyzes the current situation of risk management in the development of crash safety performance of electric vehicles of the A company,the internal and external risk factors that affect the crash safety performance of electric vehicles,and diagnoses the main problems in the development of crash safety performance of electric vehicles of the A company.The main reason for the poor achievement rate of development goals and insufficient risk control is the lack of risk management awareness and imperfect risk management system.This paper puts forward the guiding ideology and basic principles of risk management,and conducts research on the risk management of the A company`s crash safety performance development.Proposing the risk management of the crash safety performance of electric vehicles,and carried out in accordance with the process of risk management planning,risk identification,risk assessment,risk response,and risk monitoring.Implement the risk management process to all stages of project development,and developing a list of deliverables for each stage.Through the risk management of the crash safety performance development of the A company`s electric vehicle project,the electric vehicle project has achieved the development goals of C-NCAP and C-IASI and successfully launched,with significant effects.The research on the risk management of crash safety performance development for the A company`s electric vehicle project will provide a certain reference for similar domestic companies.
