Study On The Planning And Construction Mode Of Leisure And Tourism-oriented Beautiful Villages Around Baiyin

With the improvement of modern people’s economic income and the increase of urban life pressure,rural leisure tourism began to start and gradually entered the daily life of mass tourists,which provides a good opportunity for the standardization,construction and development of beautiful villages.In recent years,the state has promulgated a series of policy documents supporting rural development and building beautiful countryside.From 2004 to2020,the No.1 central document continued to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers for 17 consecutive years.In 2017,the nineteen major reports of the party referred to the "Rural Revitalization" as the height of the national strategy and wrote into the party constitution.Since 2013,Baiyin City has taken the lead in issuing action opinions on beautiful rural construction in the whole province,and has successively issued a series of scientific,systematic and guiding suggestions and supporting policies to create a "natural,ecological,leisure,Pastoral" beautiful countryside suitable for living and traveling.Under the background of deepening the construction of beautiful villages in Baiyin City,this paper takes 13 villages within the scope of "one hour economic circle" around the main urban area of Baiyin City as the research object,takes the development of leisure tourism type beautiful countryside as the breakthrough point,deeply studies the beautiful rural planning,so as to expand the village planning ideas,enrich the village planning mode,and explore the new path of the beautiful rural development in Baiyin City The new method of rural planning and construction provides practical guidance for the construction and development of beautiful country in Baiyin City.Combined with the advanced experience of beautiful rural development at home and abroad,through field research on the development of 13 villages in the surrounding areas of Baiyin City,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of beautiful villages in the surrounding areas of Baiyin through in-depth analysis of regional geographical advantages,resource endowment,tourism foundation,development background,etc To confirm the goal,orientation and planning focus of Baiyin City to develop beautiful country.Through the typical case analysis of four representative villages(i.e.gujiashan village,shuichuan Town,Baiyin City,Longwan village,Zhongquan Township,Jingtai County,pingbao village,pingbao village,dachuandu village,shuichuan town),the paper summarizes and explores the tourism supporting services of rural(fishery)family entertainment,scenic tourism of natural scenery development,local cultural tourism of ancient relics protection and development,and agricultural concept Four planning modes suitable for the rural development in the surrounding areas of Baiyin City are summarized,and the planning points of different modes are summarized.The differences and emphases of the four different planning modes,such as positioning,concept,principle and key points,are compared.Then,from the perspective of leisure tourism,the overall layout and industrial development of beautiful rural planning in surrounding areas of Baiyin are explored The exhibition,planning mode and other contents put forward innovative strategies for the development of leisure and tourism oriented beautiful villages in the surrounding areas of Baiyin,and formulate the beautiful rural planning scientifically,reasonably,prospectively and operationally,so as to find a new growth pole for the development of beautiful villages in Baiyin City.
