| With the rapid development of high-speed railway and passenger dedicated line,the function of some existing railway lines is weakened and the utilization rate of transport equipment is reduced.At the same time,along with the rapid development of urbanization process,the formation of a series of different nature,scale,level of small and medium-sized cities,urban residents produced in and out of the city traffic demand,and demand is increasing,due to the limitation of the urban rail transit and highway transportation,for this part of the passenger flow need to build a more perfect public transportation system to meet their needs,Urban railway is born with its characteristics of large traffic volume and high speed.Combined with the current background environment,it aims to revitalize the railway resources of existing lines.It is very important to operate urban railway on existing lines.However,at present,the research on the organization of municipal railway transportation is few,scattered and fragmentary,and the research on the establishment of municipal railway on the existing lines is even less.This paper is based on this to carry out research,the article mainly from three parts.(1)Starting from the concept of urban railway,this paper analyzes the differences between urban railway,national railway and urban rail,as well as the functional positioning of urban railway and the types of lines to be built,and then studies the characteristics of urban railway from four different perspectives of service object,passenger flow characteristics,service water and transportation organization.On the basis of the existing research work,combined with the current situation of the existing railway,summed up four ways of using the existing railway lines to operate the urban railway.Finally,the possibility and basic conditions of running municipal railway on existing railway lines are qualitatively analyzed.(2)For the qualitative description of the feasibility of urban train operation,carry out quantitative research,analyze the competitiveness factors of passenger transport market,and quantify the competitiveness factors,with economy,speed,convenience,safety,carbon emission cost,on-time passenger transport market competitiveness factors as indicators,establish the Logit market sharing rate forecast model.Contrastively analyze the change of transportation market share and carbon emission before and after the construction of urban railway.Numerical example results show that after adding regional railway transport corridor,between 40 ~ 100 km transport mileage for passengers has a strong attraction,and join the transport corridor in xiamen city railway,for the entire transport system of carbon emissions have different degrees of improvement,the results for the development of regional railway provides a more powerful evidence.(3)To study the urban train running scheme on the existing railway lines,it can be roughly summarized into two situations: the existing railway lines that are nearly abandoned and the existing railway lines with abundant capacity respectively.Based on this,the train running scheme is studied from the perspective of the type of train running,the number of train running,the section of train running and the optimization of station stopping scheme.In the two cases,the types and sections of the trains in the city are not affected.The Angle of the number of trains running is slightly different.For the lines with trains running on existing lines,the passenger flow taken away by existing trains should be taken into account,and the number of trains running should be reduced accordingly.In the case that there is no existing train,the principle of "driving according to the current" should be directly followed to calculate the number of trains running.Based on public transit operation,an optimization model of bus stops is established,and the results show that the model can effectively reduce the number of stops and save passengers’ time. |
