Research On Renewal Strategy Of Lizhai Village In Dongyang Based On Urban Catalyst Theory

The renewal of traditional village space is an important research topic in current rural planning and design.Lizhai village in Dongyang City is a traditional village with a long history.In the process of its local space evolution,this paper analyzes the problems and contradictions,in order to better protect the cultural core of traditional villages.Based on the urban catalyst theory system,this paper analyzes the traditional village renewal of Lizhai village,and discusses the applicability of catalyst theory in the traditional space renewal.In terms of research system,this paper discusses the combination of catalyst theory and rural space renewal in principle by combing the literature and concept of catalyst theory,and combining with the universality of rural renewal.After the theoretical analysis,this paper takes the traditional village of Lizhai village in Dongyang City as the specific research object.From the whole to the part,it carries on the location analysis,the overall layout and style analysis,the overall state investigation of buildings,and the investigation of representative buildings and structures.Based on the investigation of Lizhai village,and combined with the catalyst theory system,this paper further discusses the rural space renewal.Based on the framework of catalyst theory,this paper studies the catalyst elements of Lizhai village with three basic types of catalyst: point,line and surface.Secondly,the activation design of catalyst effect is discussed from three aspects of corresponding node design,path design and overall design.Finally,this paper analyzes and summarizes the mechanism of catalyst on site,including the activation of its characters,the acceleration of its evolution,and the orientation of its transformation.This study found that the catalyst theory can play a positive role in promoting the renewal of traditional villages.
