Research On The Overall Protection And Development Of Traditional Villages In Yangma Island From The Perspective Of Catalyst

At present,China’s traditional villages are facing problems such as serious hollowing,destruction of style and pattern,lack of dynamic feedback for renewal,lack of funds and talents and so on.Under the background of rural revitalization,how to realize the comprehensive development of village economy,culture,society and environment through effective measures,stimulate the vitality of rural development,create the hematopoietic function of the village itself,and cultivate the endogenous growth power of the village has become an urgent problem to be solved.Yangma island is located in Shandong Peninsula,with hills and facing the sea on all sides.It has the representative characteristics of mountainous traditional villages and coastal traditional villages.Its unique landform,mountain and sea pattern,architectural characteristics and historical and cultural resources have unrepeatable research value.However,with the development of economy,the transformation and construction of some traditional houses in Yangma island have led to the disappearance of characteristics,serious disorderly construction in the village,and the integrity of the village style and pattern has been damaged.Therefore,it is very important and necessary to put forward appropriate and effective renewal strategies.Taking Yangma Island,Mouping District,Yantai City,Shandong Province as the research object,according to the internal mechanism of urban catalyst effect,this paper explores the applicability of catalyst theory in the protection and development of traditional villages,and introduces it into traditional villages.Based on the unique environmental characteristics and development status of Yangma Island traditional villages,this paper discusses the overall protection and development strategies of Yangma Island traditional villages,so as to promote the inheritance and development of Yangma Island history and culture,industrial economy,architectural environment,spatial pattern and so on.Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic principle,mode of action,basic types and core characteristics of urban catalyst theory.In view of the difficulties faced by the protection and development of traditional villages,this paper discusses the core characteristics of catalyst: small amount of locality,gradual process,overall relevance,system level and the feasibility of solving problems,and discusses the application enlightenment of urban catalyst theory in the renewal of traditional villages.Secondly,it deeply investigates the current situation,characteristics,culture and industry of Yangma Island,analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the current development of Yangma Island,introduces the theoretical construction of "excavating the direction of catalyst,selecting the carrier of catalyst,shaping the point of catalyst and guiding the effect of catalyst" according to the mode of action of catalyst,and puts forward the overall renewal strategy of Yangma island in the direction of the inheritance and development of folk culture and the increase of public space experience.Finally,taking sunjiatuan area of Yangma island as an example,this paper explores the specific renewal strategy of Yangma island from the perspective of catalyst.According to the current situation of sunjiatuan village,select the catalyst direction,determine the catalyst carrier,and shape the catalyst point,including six directions: Village texture restoration,historical and cultural inheritance,village industrial renewal,landscape space construction,public space reconstruction and single building optimization,so as to update the traditional village as a whole.And through the policy guidance,construction guidance and event guidance of catalyst to ensure the effective operation of catalyst effect.Through the continuous effect of catalyst effect,enhance the vitality of sunjiatuan village,promote the overall protection and development of the village,and activate the whole village.Aiming at the active exploration of the renewal and protection of mountain villages and coastal villages in Shandong Peninsula,this paper establishes a relatively complete renewal strategy of Yangma Island traditional villages by introducing the urban catalyst theory,which reflects the innovation of this paper,in order to provide reference ideas for the protection and development of traditional villages,enrich the types of domestic traditional village protection,and provide a new perspective for the renewal of the same type of traditional villages.
