By the end of 2020,China’s high-speed railroads have completed 37,900 km,accounting for more than three-quarters of the total mileage of high-speed railways in the world,and there are 3,795 standard sets of high-speed trains online.From this,we can see that China has been building a strong transportation country and a comprehensive transportation system,and has made rapid development and world-renowned achievements.In order to ensure that the rolling stock can be high-speed,stable and green concept of the vast land in the motherland,the safety of the rolling stock has been attached great importance,and the braking system as one of the nine key technologies of the rolling stock,its braking performance directly determines whether the rolling stock can run smoothly at high speed or even ultra-high speed.Therefore,this paper takes the representative CR400 BF of the new EMU as an example to carry out the research of fault analysis and fault prediction for braking system faults.Firstly,this article summarizes the commonly used failure analysis methods and prediction methods of the braking system,and at the same time combs the related research on the fault diagnosis of the EMU.According to the composition and principle of the braking system of CR400 BF type Chinese standard rolling stock,the failure mechanism of the system is analyzed,and the phenomena,characteristics and causes of the important failures of the braking system are analyzed.In view of the large amount of fault data of the braking system of the rolling stock and the inconspicuous characteristics of the fault data,the data required for the subsequent chapters are obtained through the analysis of relevant data,extraction of fault characteristic parameters and normalization processing.Secondly,the analysis model of the braking system of the rolling stock is established by the fault tree analysis method.According to the uncertainty characteristics of the system basic event failure rate,the expert investigation method is used to solve the problem of the accurate value of the bottom event probability,and the triangular fuzzy number is combined to describe it.The logical gate relationship is introduced to solve the problem of multiplying fuzzy numbers to make the calculation results conform to the actual working situation.Through fuzzy probability analysis,the fuzzy probability importance of the corresponding components is solved,and the weak links affecting the safe operation of the brake system are found.Finally,in view of the characteristics of the important data correlation when the fault occurs in the braking system,the linear regression theory analysis method is introduced.According to the corresponding rules,the fault model of the braking system is established through regression analysis derivation and calculation,and the fault fitting curve and fitting function of the EMU braking system are determined.Finally,the important components in the braking system are: The reliability of the relay valve and solenoid valve is verified and predicted by the experiment of the fault model.From the fault model,it can be seen that the simulation situation is consistent with the actual fault situation.This analysis method achieves the purpose of fault prediction and fully verifies the reliability of its products,which provides important help for subsequent production and maintenance.
