The energy storage technology is used to support clean energy for large-scale application,which is integrated with wind,solar power.A large number of energy storage enterprises start the business to develop different forms of energy storage technologies.In order to succeed in competition with other competitors,the energy storage enterprise shall solve the problem on how to make and execute the competitive strategy.The enterprise should actively research the external market environment,energy storage industry environment,other competitors,survey its resources,advantages and disadvantages,competitive abilities.On the basis of systematic research and analysis,the enterprise scientifically develops the competitive strategy,continues to maintain competitive advantage,improve the market share.This paper takes P company,a foreign company entering the Chinese energy storage market,as the research object,focusing on how to compete in the Chinese market.On the basis of figuring out the motivation of P company to enter the Chinese market,this paper reviews P company status and history,furthermore points out current problems and analyzes the external environment in the Chinese market,Chinese energy storage industry environment,the Chinese market competitors,users’ requirements,then researches P company’s strengths,weaknesses,competitive abilities,formulate effective solutions,summarizes a reasonable competitive strategy in the Chinese market,explains the supporting methods on the execution of competitive strategy by reinforcing the financing ability,localized manufacturing,localized marketing and localized after-sales service to provide long life,stable and reliable,low cost flow battery products,devote itself to create value for the Chinese market users so that to win the competition in the Chinese energy storage market.
