With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standard,the automobile has become an important means of transportation,but it has led to the problems of poor air quality,greenhouse effect and global warming.People depend on cars as well as comfortable and environmentally friendly living conditions.Visible,new energy vehicles will replace traditional cars,become a new means of transport.But at this stage,the research and development of new energy vehicles remain at the initial stage of exploration.I am deeply observation of development situation and future trend of new energy vehicles,to explore the development strategy of new energy vehicles,leading to China's new energy automobile industry in the Y company as the research object,the research on the above issues.Y company after years of development,in the new energy automotive industry stand out,has a certain representation.I think that the research and analysis of Y company development strategy in the field of research and development of new energy vehicles and advantages,explore the potential crisis hinder the development of Y company,it has the inestimable to China the significance of the new energy automotive industry.This paper study and draw lessons from domestic and foreign scholars of literature,analysis and research of Y company's development experience,observe and explore the current status of the development of new energy automotive industry and the existing problems,to explore and study the current policy introduced by the government,according to the theory of knowledge as the support,with the objective basis of the cases,rational analysis the Y company development advantage in the new energy automotive industry and development strategy.The paper is composed of six chapters.Chapter One mainly expounds the literature of the domestic and foreign scholars' research and development of new energy automobiles,and discusses the R&D strategies of new energy automobiles.Chapter Two discusses relevant theory basis,and summarizes the basic strategies of new energy automobiles.Chapter Three introduces the development history of China's automobile industry,as well as its new energy automobile industry,analyzes relevant policies of the government,and poses opinions in the sustainable development of China's new energy automobile industry.In chapter four,it introduces the development of Y company,uses PEST and Porter's Five model to analyze Y company's strength and weakness.Chapter five goes to the optimization of Y company,and proposes relevant suggestions in cost-leading strategy,marketing model and guarantee measures of the implementation.Chapter Six is the conclusion of the paper.It distills the main perspectives of the whole paper,and elucidates some weaknesses of the research.
