| Facing the increasingly saturated and competitive automobile market,Industry 4.0 standard has been accepted by more auto enterprises to build smart plant and realize smart manufacturing.Manufacturing information system is the core and foundation part of Industry 4.0 and IEC/ISO 62264 standard is the manufacturing information system standard accepted by Reference Architecture Model Industry 4.0(RAMI 4.0).So,it will be an important IT project of auto enterprise of how to build manufacturing information system based on IEC/ISO 62264 standard in Industry 4.0.Based on the IEC/ISO 62264 standard,combined with Industry 4.0 related standards and reference model,as well as the relevant literature in the field national and international.This paper comprehensively and correctly understands Industry 4.0,and the manufacturing operation management system in line with Industry 4.0 standard.With IEC/ISO 62264 standard general activity model,analyzes the business content and responsibility boundary of auto production,quality,maintenance and inventory operation management,and demonstrates and summarizes the information interaction between the operation management activities and different levels of Purdue model.The IEC/ISO 62264 standard general activity model is extended to general activity model of auto industry manufacturing operation management.On the basis of the extended general activity model,combining the technical route of industry 4.0 maturity index and information system integration theory,a system integration model,integration implementation route and data integration architecture of auto industry manufacturing information system are proposed conforming to industry 4.0 standard.Finally,the manufacturing information system practice case of A new energy auto enterprise proves the practical significance of the system integration model,the integration implementation route and the data integration architecture in this paper. |
