| Highly developed manufacturing industry represents the competitiveness of a country.The manufacturing industry is facing a challenge to meet the diversified and personalized needs of the market.Matrix is concerned by enterprises as a method of organizational change.General equipment manufacturing industry is interested in weak matrix organizational structure,because it has the characteristics of highly organized large-scale production and horizontal flow of information,and helps enterprises obtain more flexible ability to face market changes.This paper takes the rapid R&D project of a product as the research object,using the methods of literature analysis,participation observation,interviews,and case analysis.The company’s organizational structure,information communication,assessment and incentive issues are analyzed.The improvement measures such as optimizing project team building,improving communication channels and methods,and improving assessment and incentive methods are output,after recording the multi-dimensional observation of practice team executives,managers and stakeholders from different perspectives,different working levels,different behavior positions,and different interests.There are also multiple rounds of interviews with different stakeholders on the evaluation of the project process and results.It is concluded that the enterprise can obtain better project execution ability without changing the functional organization structure.By fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the organization members,tapping the potential of enterprise resources,combining with the appropriate organizational structure design,and appropriate communication and evaluation tools.The representativeness and universality of this analysis and conclusion may be limited.The methods,tools and conclusions of this paper come from special industries and enterprises,because the case is a traditional manufacturing enterprise. |
