Research On Optimization Of "Internet +" Customized Passenger Transport In Intercity Road

Road transportation plays an important role in the comprehensive transportation system and plays an irreplaceable role.However,in recent years,influenced by the rapid development of high-speed railway,civil aviation and private cars,coupled with the problems of slow speed,poor environment and low service quality of traditional road passenger transport,the market share has been declining year by year,and there is an urgent need for transformation and upgrading,innovative and development.With the wide application of modern information technology which represented by the internet,"Internet +" which is the new mode of road customized passenger transport,comes into being,because this is a new model and it is still in its infancy,lacking of relevant theoretical research,therefore,this paper takes "Internet +" intercity road customized passenger transport as the research object,focuses on analyzing the influencing factors related to path optimization and studying the vehicle path optimization,which can provide theoretical support for practical application and has strong practical significance.On the basis of summarizing the current research status at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the related concepts,characteristics and operating procedures of "Internet +" and customized passenger transportation,and classifies its service models."Internet +" customized passenger transportation relies on the modern information technology which represented by the Internet,passengers and customized passenger transportation companies have the conditions for information exchange and rapid communication,based on them,this article makes a detail analysis for the operation mode of "Internet +" intercity customized passenger transportation and the influencing factors related to the optimization of customized passenger transportation.Based on the concept of taking into account the interests of both the customized passenger transport company and the passengers,this article aims to minimize the operating costs of the operating company(departure costs,line operating costs,and penalty costs for companies that fail to fully meet the needs of passengers)and passenger’s travel costs(passengers travel time cost,waiting cost at the station),established a route optimization model for intercity road customized passenger service vehicles which relying on the Internet platform,and designed an algorithm for solving the model.A case simulation study of the "Internet +" intercity road customized passenger transportation was carried out with the intercity road passenger transportation from Lanzhou city to Baiyin urban area.Simulate inter-city travel services,generate passenger reservation travel demands based on actual simulations,use MATLAB to solve and obtain the optimal vehicle travel path and passenger travel time,analyze the impact of the maximum passenger capacity and the longest time in the vehicle on the optimization results and summarize the rules,prove the rationality of the parameter settings in the model,and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm.This paper aims at the research on the optimization of inter-city road customized passenger transport routes relying on the mobile Internet platform to match with the relationship between supply and demand.It has a certain contribution to the enrichment and development of the inter-city customized passenger transport system theory;it still has a very good reference significance for giving full play to the advantages of road passenger transportation for “door to door” and opening intercity customized road passenger service in our country.
