Railway transportation is an important part of my country’s comprehensive transportation system,and it has a significant impact on the spatial connections and labor mobility in the areas along the route.In recent years,especially the opening of high-speed rail,the time dimension distance between each node city has been greatly reduced on the basis of keeping the spatial dimension unchanged,which has caused the economic circle to carry out production layout in a brand-new combination form,thereby causing regional economic organization Changes in patterns.The free flow of labor between cities has strengthened the depth and breadth of knowledge radiation between regions,which has promoted the exchange,application and innovation of new knowledge,and realized the knowledge spillover effect centered on the city where the high-speed rail station is located.This paper takes the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration in the east,the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration in the central part,and the Lanzhou-Xining urban agglomeration in the west as examples.Zhejiang Province,Chongqing City,and Gansu Province are selected as the research objects,and their regions are analyzed based on economics and geography theories.The dynamic evolution law of time and space contraction,the dynamic tracking and evaluation of the expansion of high-speed railway network,through the research and analysis of the spatial shrinkage effect of high-speed rail node cities,real-time evaluation of high-speed rail accessibility.On the other hand,the time and space contraction brought about by high-speed railways will inevitably trigger changes in economic factors between regions,especially the flow of talents.While focusing on the construction of hardware transportation facilities,this article also focuses on the “knowledge spillover” effect caused by high-speed railways.It conducts a quantitative evaluation in order to provide a reference for the economic development of the high-speed rail transit area.To this end,the work carried out in this article includes:(1)Research on the space-time contraction effect under the influence of high-speed rail.Taking the train schedules of the three major cities in the past 10 years as the data source,the changes caused by the high-speed rail network connection and time compression are analyzed.By calculating network connectivity,road network accessibility,time accessibility and shrinkage and other indicators,using GIS and other tools to draw traffic frequency maps and time-space contraction maps of each city group,study the evolution of high-speed rail traffic frequency and time-space contraction laws.The results of the study show that the network connectivity in Zhejiang Province has increased by an average of 22 times within five years,Chongqing City has been 13 times,and Gansu Province has been 84 times.Between 2014 and2019,the spatial correlation of Zhejiang’s railway network has increased by 95.37%.95.06%of Chongqing City,the accessibility of the road network in Zhejiang Province increased by48.6%,and Chongqing City increased by 44.5%;the time pressure of high-speed rail was51.86% higher than that of ordinary railway in 2019;the time-space distance of high-speed railway to node cities was higher than that of ordinary railway The average shrinkage rate can reach 57.8%,which is the largest contribution to Gansu Province,with a shrinkage rate of2.48,Zhejiang Province and Chongqing Municipality at 2.23 and 2.33 respectively.(2)Research on the knowledge spillover effect under the influence of high-speed rail.Through the analysis of the impact mechanism of high-speed rail on knowledge spillover,a regional knowledge growth convergence model was established,and indicators such as convergence coefficient,knowledge spillover coefficient and human capital coefficient were calculated,and the attenuation trend of the degree of knowledge spillover with distance was analyzed,and the influence degree and the degree of knowledge spillover were obtained.Working distance,applied research based on the time-space contraction and knowledge spillover of high-speed rail,predicted the connection frequency of high-speed rail through the long panel model,analyzed the talent distribution structure under the influence of high-speed rail using Moran index and LISA diagram,analyzed the time-space shrinkage and knowledge spillover The impact of changes in the distribution of talents in node cities.Moran results show that the relationship between knowledge spillover and distance can be divided into three stages,namely the obvious spillover stage(50-100 kilometers),the greatly weakened stage(80-320 kilometers),and the gradual disappearance stage(320-400 kilometers).The specific distances among the urban agglomerations are different;the frequency of connections between 2020 and 2024 should gradually increase.Compared with 2019,in terms of the average growth rate,Zhejiang Province should increase by 17.33% year-on-year,Chongqing City 19.35%,and Gansu Province 25.14%;Zhejiang The province’s month-on-month growth was 4.89%,Chongqing’s 7.52%,and Gansu’s 8.94%.Under the influence of high-speed rail,the long triangle became 6 cities with high-high knowledge spillovers,the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and the Lanxi Guanzhong urban agglomeration were 2 respectively;The average impact of talent accumulation in the three urban agglomerations is 49.4%.(3)Data envelopment analysis and evaluation of knowledge spillovers in the integrated transportation network.Establish a knowledge spillover data envelopment analysis model,take four transportation modes in the Yangtze River Delta as an example,calculate the impact efficiency of the four transportation modes of railway,highway,water transportation and aviation on the knowledge spillover,and the efficiency of the two transportation subsystems.The effectiveness of knowledge spillover between the two and the overall synergy in the transportation system are measured,and the efficiency value of the integrated transportation system from the perspective of knowledge spillover is measured,and a solution to maximize knowledge spillover is proposed.The results show that under the same input conditions,the knowledge output of railways is stronger than that of the other three modes of transportation,reaching 0.96,and roads are the lowest,only 0.6;the cooperation of railways and highways is the optimal two-two transportation mode,and its impact on knowledge The spillover output efficiency is close to 1,indicating that strengthening the coordination of these two transportation facilities can effectively expand the knowledge spillover effect to the maximum;when the four transportation modes are combined,the efficiency value is increasing year by year,indicating that each of the Yangtze River Delta regions The planning and development of this transportation facility has effectively promoted local talent attraction and knowledge spillover.
