With the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s automobile industry has entered an all-round development period.As of 2009,China has become the world’s largest automobile manufacturing country.With the rapid development of the automobile industry,auto 4S stores have sprung up in China’s major cities since 1998,which has become the mainstream sales channel of China’s automobile.And then comes the difficulty of personnel management in 4S stores.Generally speaking,enterprise personnel management is a dynamic related concept,which involves many factors such as organizational environment,humanistic environment,competitive environment,administrative environment and so on.Therefore,we should first use dynamic thinking to study the incentive mode of 4S store employees.Only in the enterprise incentive mode can we find a strategy of our own to make the enterprise incentive strategy work in human resource management With half the effort,we can solve the problem of employee motivation,make the staff more united,and contribute to the development of the enterprise.TH group is a large-scale and representative 4S shop in Tianshui city.In recent years,with the great development of the state’s incentive policies for private enterprises,the development speed and scale are relatively rapid.However,there are still some problems in employee incentive,which are mainly manifested in the imperfect salary management system,imperfect cultural connotation construction and no clear training The mechanism and management mode are relatively conservative.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive,effective and scientific research on the enterprise employee incentive system of TH group.In this paper,combined with the mature incentive theory and experience mode at home and abroad,from which we can get the relevant practical measures and methods,learn from the case experience that can be implemented,at the same time,we will comprehensively analyze the problems and reasons of the employee incentive system of Gansu TH group.Through the form of preliminary visit and enterprise questionnaire survey,we have a certain objective understanding of Gansu TH group.The advantages of the group lie in: the group managers pay more attention to the enterprise management;the enterprise has a relatively complete set of incentive measures for the management of the employees with the help of the management experience of the automobile manufacturers;the middle-level managers are mostly produced by the front-line employees;they have strong control ability of the front-line team;the construction of the staff team is relatively perfect;most of the employees have the spirit of hard-working The team has strong professional spirit and active working thinking.On this basis,continue to improve and optimize the effective incentive system design,formulate a more reasonable incentive system,will make the operation of enterprises more efficient.According to the enterprise characteristics of Gansu TH group,combined with the theoretical incentive measures mentioned above,this paper,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Aldev ERG theory,achievement need theory and two factor theory as the support,establishes the incentive system applicable to Gansu TH group through the comprehensive application of incentive theory,which mainly includes incentive products,management system,incentive ability,incentive ability,and so on The implementation environment and other aspects of the comprehensive incentive system to optimize the existing problems of Gansu TH group incentive system,mainly through research and interviews based on data collection,through a large number of theoretical research as the guide,through the use of advanced incentive system cases at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Gansu TH group,the incentive system in line with Gansu TH group is sorted out The optimized design scheme,I believe that through a series of collation and improvement of relevant incentive measures,will make the staff incentive system of Gansu TH group more perfect and effective,more adapt to the enterprise development ideas under the new era market economy conditions,make the human management work of TH group develop in a better direction,and help the enterprise leap forward development.
