In the field of nuclear facility decommissioning,the disposal of discarded reagent pipelines has always been a key task for nuclear facility decommissioning.In order to improve the efficiency of pipe cutting and reduce the risk of staff,the research group developed a mobile lifting platform that can be equipped with cutting equipment based on a mobile lifting platform.The mobile lifting platform that can carry cutting equipment is the key equipment for the treatment of reagent pipelines in the decommissioning site of nuclear facilities.The platform works under complex conditions(radioactivity and harsh environment),and its safety,reliability and stability will be affected.These effects will determine the efficiency and safety of shearing.Before the product is put into mass production,it is very important to ensure the quality of its system.Product quality characteristics include mechanical performance,economy and safety,reliability,etc.,among which reliability is undoubtedly a more important part.An important indicator reflecting the dynamic quality of products.In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system and avoid huge losses of property in the event of a failure,the reliability research of the mobile lifting platform that can be equipped with cutting equipment is very important.This article describes the functional principle and structural composition of the mobile lifting platform that can carry cutting equipment.According to the structural functions,the mobile lifting platform can be divided into three subsystems,and the reliability block diagram and model are established.Then analyze the three subsystems using fault trees(Fall Trees Analysis,FTA)to solve the minimum cut set and structural importance.In order to analyze the failure mode and the cause of the failure in depth,use the Failure Mode Effects Analysis(FMEA)Continue to look for the impact of the failure,and divide the risk level by the number of risk sequences,and propose compensation and improvement measures based on the found system weakness.In order to objectively and accurately evaluate the reliability of the mobile lifting system that can be equipped with cutting equipment,the reliability of the mobile lifting platform system that can be equipped with cutting equipment is evaluated by combining Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and cloud models.First,according to the structure and function of the mobile lifting platform system that can be equipped with cutting equipment,establish a comprehensive evaluation model of the mobile lifting platform system that can be equipped with cutting equipment,and use the analytic hierarchy process to obtain its weight.Second,use the triangular fuzzy function to obtain the basic unit Fuzzy failure rate,calculate the cloud representation according to the cloud model calculation rules.Finally,calculate the virtual new cloud that can be equipped with a mobile lifting platform for cutting equipment,compare the similarity between the virtual cloud and the evaluation cloud,and obtain the reliability evaluation of the system.
