With the development of information technology,advanced digital instrument and control system has been widely used in the field of nuclear power.Compared with the traditional analog man-machine interface,the automation of digital man-machine interface is greatly improved,and there are some new features,such as computerized information display system,procedure system and so on.The digital manmachine interface also has an impact on situation awareness(SA)and team situation awareness(TSA).Through the research on the influence of the complexity of digital man-machine interface and risk scene on TSA in nuclear power plant,the problems existing in the current digital interface can be further found.Optimizing the current interface according to the research results can reduce human error and improve task performance.(1)Research on the evaluation of digital man-machine interface of nuclear power plant based on situation awareness.The evaluation index system of digital man-machine interface of nuclear power plant is established through six dimensions: information display,digital regulation,alarm system,soft control system,operator support system and situational interaction,and a questionnaire survey is conducted on the relevant operators of nuclear power plant.The survey results show that there are still many shortcomings in the current digital interface,and the main optimization emphasis should be placed on improving the information distribution of the operation screen,perfecting the information prompts for the implementation of regulations,reducing the difficulty of soft control operation,strengthening the auxiliary decision-making function and so on.(2)A method for calculating the complexity of digital man-machine interface in nuclear power plant based on entropy is constructed.Through the study of the specific characteristics of the digital interface,combined with the relevant theories of information entropy and image entropy,the complexity index system of man-machine interface is further established.This paper puts forward a more objective and comprehensive method which can quickly calculate the complexity of digital man-machine interface of nuclear power plant.This method can be used to evaluate the optimized interface.(3)Research on the influence of digital man-machine interface characteristics on team situation awareness.The objects of the experimental study are mainly two digital interface features: information display and interface management tasks.The experimental results show that changing the intensity of information display can not significantly improve the operator’s TSA,but simplifying interface management tasks can improve TSA.And reducing the intensity of information display and reducing the complexity of interface management tasks can effectively reduce the workload level of operators.The results of complexity calculation method evaluation also show that reducing the complexity of interface management tasks can effectively reduce the complexity of manmachine interface.(4)Research on the influence of risk scene complexity on team situation awareness.A simulation experiment is designed to combine the digital man-machine interface with specific tasks to explore the impact of the complexity level of risk scenarios and the knowledge and experience level of operators on SA and TSA,and to identify their impact on workload.The results show that the higher the complexity of the scene,the lower the level of SA and TSA of the operator.The higher the level of knowledge and experience,the higher the level of SA and TSA of the operator.In addition,the higher the complexity of the scene,the higher the task load of the operator.The higher the level of knowledge and experience,the lower the level of task load of the operator.(5)The optimization countermeasures of digital man-machine interface are put forward.Based on the above research results,more detailed and operable optimization suggestions are put forward from the aspects of information display mode of digital interface,interface management task mode and computer-based procedures,in order to improve the performance of TSA and operators of nuclear power plant and reduce the workload of team members. |
