With the development of the times,switching power supplies have gradually been widely used in various industries and different fields,such as industrial control systems for large equipment,military equipment,medical facility systems,new energy power generation and other fields.In recent years,with the more application of silicon carbide and insulating organic silicon materials in the power tubes of switching power supplies and the improvement of the performance of control chips,the intelligent algorithm control strategy has more room for development and expansion,and it is precisely because the control system is in The role of the switching power supply is very important,so the research of the control strategy in the switching power supply and how to transplant it to the hardware platform are the research goals of this article.The main research content of the text is the fuzzy PID control research of the 1200 W switching power supply system based on the power frequency voltage of 220 V to 24 V.The output voltage is continuously adjustable from 20 V to 28 V,and the output power is controlled within1400 W.The main circuit,sampling circuit,and FPGA minimum system circuit are designed on the hardware platform.The application of soft switching technology in the full-bridge inverter converter is emphatically introduced,and the parameter settings of each module of the circuit are discussed in detail.After the design is completed,the correctness of the parameters is verified by Matlab simulation.In the choice of the control scheme,the mainstream control algorithms in the switching power supply are discussed,such as PID control technology,double closed-loop control technology,fuzzy control algorithm,etc.After comparing their advantages and disadvantages,a control scheme that combines fuzzy control and PID control is selected.The circuit model is built through Simulink,and the fuzzy controller is built using Matlab fuzzy logic tools.By adjusting the parameters in the fuzzy rules,the output effects of the circuit and the robustness of the system are improved.By comparing the simulation results of the two algorithms in Matlab,the advanced nature of the fuzzy PID algorithm is verified.This paper finally implements the control scheme on the FPGA minimum system board,compiles the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm into Verilog language,obtains the simulation waveforms in the program running through Modelsim and Quartus co-simulation,and downloads them to the FPGA control board.Finally,the 24 V regulated output is verified through experiments,and the output ripple is controlled within ±100m V,and the transient response time is controlled within 110μs,which meets the design requirements.
