Research On Progress Plan And Control Of XT Center Computer Room

Recently,with the rapid development of enterprise information construction,most of the work process depends on the network and information system.In case of network or information system failure,almost all of the work will stagnate with it.Therefore,the stable running of network and information system is an important guarantee for the smooth operation of enterprises.The center computer room plays a key role in providing a good and stable operation environment for the network and information system.On account of the center computer room has many construction standards,high construction requirements,strong technical expertise,and a wide range of involved department,the project often exceeds the period,and the construction time cannot be guaranteed.In allusion to this problem,it is particularly necessary and important to study the progress plan and control of the center computer room construction project.In this paper,the XT center information room construction project is taken as an example to study the project schedule planning and control,to prepare a scientific schedule plan,schedule control scheme and safeguard measures for this project,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.First of all,by consulting a large number of litertures related to project schedule management,the research status at home and abroad is expounded,which provides theoretical basis for this paper.Secondly,the background,characteristics,objectives,organization and overall scheme of the project are introduced.Focus on the process of developing schedule,decomposes the whole project into different work units by work breakdown method,calculates the total project duration by critical path method,optimizes the total project duration by using time-cost balance method,and expounds the Gantt chart of its schedule.At the same time,in order to make the project carry out in an orderly manner according to the schedule,the schedule control scheme is formulated and dynamically monitored,and the deviation is analyzed and adjusted in time,so that the project can be completed within the specified time.Finally,put forward the safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.This thesis considers the characteristics of enterprise center computer room project,makes the progress plan based on previous construction experience,control the progress during the project,in allusion to the difficulties of the project,puts forward the solution and guarantee measures and provides some experience for the computer room construction projects of other enterprises.
