With the progress of science and technology,the research and development of the ocean is more and more in-depth.As a very important instrument in ocean engineering,underwater acoustic positioning sonar has been applied more and more widely,and has been successfully applied in many related fields,such as underwater acoustic engineering and water transportation engineering.The measurement system of 6-DOF positioning sonar proposed by the national key R & D program is a standardized test system for measurement verification of positioning sonar.Before the measurement system is applied to measurement verification,the measurement uncertainty of the measurement system needs to be evaluated.In this paper,the measurement model of the six degree of freedom positioning sonar measurement system is derived,and the analysis shows that the measurement model of the system is a nonlinear model,and its combined standard measurement uncertainty has the characteristics of changing with the change of angle and length.In order to realize the scientific evaluation of measurement uncertainty,this paper studies the evaluation of measurement uncertainty of positioning sonar measurement system by using the guide method of uncertainty expression(gum method)and Adaptive Monte Carlo method(AMCM method),and compares and analyzes the evaluation results,and obtains the feasibility of gum method to evaluate the six degree of freedom positioning sonar measurement system,and finally obtains the measurement system The measurement uncertainty of the relative synthetic standard is less than 0.05%.In the process of using gum method to solve the sensitivity of input quantity,this paper uses two methods: numerical calculation method and partial derivative method,and concludes that numerical calculation method is more suitable for the measurement uncertainty evaluation of the measurement system.At the same time,the Traceability Technology of geometric quantities related to positioning measurement is studied,and the traceability system table is given.In order to realize the real-time acquisition and processing of the measurement data of positioning sonar and the real-time control of the measurement system,this paper also studies the measurement and control software.Based on Visual Studio platform,serial communication,network communication,multithreading,Excel and word reading and writing,double buffer drawing and other technologies are studied,and special communication protocol is designed to realize the functions of directivity measurement,frequency response measurement,standard position coordinate generation of positioning field point,real-time measurement scene display,real-time control of measurement system,verification report generation,etc.The joint debugging experiment with the hardware module of the measurement system verifies the effectiveness of the measurement and control software of the positioning sonar measurement system.The design has achieved the expected goal,and can correctly and stably complete the relevant measurement and test tasks.
