Study On Stormwater Management And Renewal Strategy Of Old Blocks In Shenyang Under The Concept Of Sponge City

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the construction of original facilities in the old urban blocks has been increasingly unable to meet the growing environmental needs,leading to flood problems such as waterlogging disaster,insufficient water resources and water environmental pollution.At present,the construction and development of stormwater management still need to be improved.Under the background of the renewal trend of the old block,the idea of updating the stormwater management is put forward.The stormwater management system under the concept of the sponge city is to coordinate the organization and layout of planning elements and low-impact development technology to alleviate the problem of stormwater runoff in the site.In this thesis,from the old block stormwater problem perspective,as a "stormwater management" and "urban renewal" in the field of cross subject,firstly summarized the related theories and technical methods of stormwater management at home and abroad,and the stormwater management of old blocks elaborates the relationship of mutual influence,the feasibility of storm water management in the renewal and planning of old block is proposed.Then,the typical old blocks in Shenyang were investigated on the spot,and the characteristics of the current stormwater environment were analyzed and the problems were summarized.After the stormwater management system combined with the old block,this thesis analyzes the factors that influence the stormwater management system of the old block,including the land layout,green space system,road system and architectural layout,it also explores specific form of expression of each element,and then put forward the old blocks under the stormwater management guide to update the space elements of content system.Then,this thesis proposes the specific operation steps for the renewal of old neighborhoods under the guidance of the objectives and principles of stormwater management,and focuses on exploring the strategies and methods for the renewal of stormwater management of old neighborhoods.Including the space environment level update strategy and related implementation management strategy.The renewal of space environment involves four aspects of land layout,green space system,road system and building layout at the block level,and the technical measures at the three stages of runoff generation,transmission and collection at the block level.Implementation strategies include plot ratio incentives and economic incentives.Finally the strategy of renewal and planning is put forward in detail through the detailed analysis and investigation of the old blocks in Shenyang,and with the aid of computer software to simulate the updated stormwater management effect,thus make the thesis more guidance,realize the material space environment and synchronous update non-spot environment,and realize the sustainable development of the block.
