| In the context of the increasingly widespread and in-depth application of information technology,global manufacturing has begun to gradually shift from production-oriented manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing.Under the service-oriented manufacturing model,manufacturing companies expand professional services and value-added services to the upstream and downstream of the supply chain,such as collaborative research and development,solutions,equipment maintenance and repair,and financial leasing,to promote the upgrading of the industrial value chain.At present,many manufacturing companies have shifted from providing products to providing services to ensure the normal operation of equipment,and are responsible for equipment maintenance while providing equipment services.Considering that the service manufacturer in the process of providing equipment use services,equipment failure caused by the operator’s improper use of equipment will increase equipment maintenance costs and bring unnecessary losses to service manufacturers.Therefore,service manufacturers consider purchasing business insurance as a risk prevention mechanism to deal with the potential loss of revenue risk.Therefore,considering business insurance in equipment maintenance optimization based on service-oriented manufacturing has very important practical significance.Based on the existing literature research,this paper makes a more in-depth study on considering business insurance in equipment maintenance optimization based on serviceoriented manufacturing.The main research work includes the following three aspects:(1)Considering business insurance in equipment maintenance optimization under lossless sharing.In the case of loss-free sharing,service-oriented manufacturer provide equipment services to equipment operators,and are responsible for maintenance after equipment failures.Firstly,an equipment maintenance optimization model for service manufacturer with business insurance is constructed;secondly,the model is solved under the case of service-oriented manufacturer and equipment operator have finance constrains and the role of business insurance is analyzed;and finally,the optimal decision of the service manufacturer is verified by numerical examples and sensitivity analysis to provide decision guidance for the service manufacturer.(2)Considering business insurance in equipment maintenance optimization under lossless sharing.Service-oriented manufacturer consider business insurance and downtime loss sharing on the basis of equipment maintenance costs.Firstly,the equipment maintenance optimization model for service manufacturer with commercial insurance and loss sharing is constructed;secondly,the model is solved under the case of service-oriented manufacturer and equipment operator have finance constrains;finally,numerical examples and sensitivity analysis are used to verify the interaction between commercial insurance and loss sharing,and provide decision support for service manufacturers.(3)Potential application research:Taking the service-oriented manufacturing company A as an example,analyzed the optimal business insurance and loss sharing decision.Firstly,introduced the company’s equipment manufacturing situation.Secondly,according to the actual situation of company A,accounding to the calculation results of the model,the optimal decision of Company A under no-loss sharing and loss-sharing situations is analyzed.Finally,based on the optimal decision,corresponding theoretical guidance and management inspiration for Company A are proposed.This article enriches the relevant theories of service-oriented manufacturing research by constructing an equipment maintenance optimization model that considers business insurance.At the same time,it introduces loss sharing into the research and makes the research results more in line with the actual situation.Therefore,the research work has important guiding significance for the equipment maintenance optimization decision of service-oriented manufacturer in reality. |
