| Service-oriented manufacturing is a new type of advanced manufacturing model that is created in the context of the continuous integration of manufacturing and service industries.With the global manufacturing industry develops towards the mid-to-high end level,the core value of manufacturing has gradually shifted from manufacturing to service,and traditional manufacturing companies are gradually shifting to emerging service-oriented manufacturing.The manufacturing industry has evolved from a traditional business model based on "production and processing" to a new industrial form in which "manufacturing+service" is integrated.The proportion of the service activities in the industrial chain,such as products’ R&D,improvement,maintenance and recycling,has gradually increased.Especially with the increasing automation and complexity of production equipment,modern enterprises pay more and more attention to the optimization of equipment production and maintenance.Optimization of equipment production and maintenance requires service-oriented manufacturing enterprises to provide operators with full lifecycle management,including design and manufacture of equipment and maintenance services,to ensure efficient operation of manufacturing systems and reduce the costs of equipment manufacturing and maintenance.In addition,due to the double marginalization effect among members of the service-oriented manufacturing supply chain,the efficiency of equipment design and manufacturing and maintenance services is reduced.In this time,it is necessary to improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain by formulating an effective coordination strategy.In summary,the optimization and coordination of production and maintenance of equipment under service-oriented manufacturing has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the existing literature research,this paper sorts out the novel features of the equipment production and maintenance mode under the service-oriented manufacturing mode,and introduces the paid learning behavior into the equipment maintenance,and optimizes and coordinates the two stages of equipment production and maintenance.The problem has been studied in depth,and the main research work is embodied in the following three aspects:(1)Optimization and coordination for production and maintenance of equipment without learning behavior under service-oriented manufacturing.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the product service system in the service-oriented manufacturing context,the two-stage optimization of equipment manufacturing quality investment and equipment maintenance service without learning behavior is modeled.Secondly,the cost-sharing strategy and the performance-based strategy fur service-oriented manufacturing are studied respectively,and then the two strategies are compared and analyzed.Finally,the optimal decision of the service manufacturer and the coordination strategy of the operator are verified by solving the model and numerical calculation.(2)Optimization and coordination for production and maintenance of equipment with learning behavior under service-oriented manufacturing.Firstly,the equipment maintenance optimization model considering learning behavior is constructed and solved.Secondly,the influence of learning behavior on equipment maintenance optimization decision and coordination strategy is analyzed.Finally,the model learning and numerical calculation are used to verify the optimal decision of the service manufacturer with learning behavior and the coordination strategy of the operator.(3)Potential application research:Take the service-oriented manufacturing company A as an example.First,describe the company’s equipment production and equipment maintenance services;secondly,apply the company’s actual data to analyze the impact of performance-based equipment maintenance optimization on the profitability of service manufacturers and operators,thus verifying the effectiveness of the model.Finally,provide theoretical guidance and management inspiration for the service manufacturer A company’s equipment manufacturing and maintenance and the operator’s coordination strategy.Through the research in this paper,it is found that the operator’s decision-making and centralized decision-making are consistent with or without learning behavior.When the equipment preventive maintenance intervals are equal and the service-oriented manufacturer adopts the optimal solution under centralized decision,the equipment manufacturing quality levels can be improved,the number of preventive maintenance of equipment can be reduced,and the profitability of the overall service-oriented manufacturing supply chain can be improved.Meanwhile,the cost-sharing strategy and the performance-based strategy both can enable service-oriented manufacturers.to make decisions consistent with centralized decision-making;Without learning behavior,if the operator is implementing the cost-sharing strategy,then the incentive factors for the service-oriented manufacturer’s manufacturing cost,preventive maintenance cost,and minimum maintenance cost have numerous cases that satisfy a certain relationship;if the operator performs the performance-based strategy,then the penalty factor for the loss of opportunity revenue for the service manufacturer is equal to the operator’s rate of return.Conversely,with learning behavior,if the operator is implementing the costsharing strategy,then it will not motivate the manufacturing cost,and the preventive maintenance cost and the minimum maintenance cost will be reverse incentives,and the reverse incentive factor is one and only one set of solutions;if the operator implements the performance-based strategy,then the penalty factor for the loss of opportunity revenue for the service-o riented manufacturer is equal to the operator’s rate of return.This paper introduces the construction of the production and maintenance optimization model for service-oriented manufacturing and the formulation of coordination strategies,and introduces learning behavior into the research,making the decision-making results more realistic and practical.The research work enriches the service-oriented manufacturing research.Relevant theories,therefore,have important decision-making significance and management implications for the optimization of equipment production and maintenance under service-oriented manufacturing. |
