| Advancing along with the development of urban rail transit construction,the project construction risk accident frequent,project construction safety is facing new tests,how project risk control has become the social from all walks of life attention and research the important topic,especially major infrastructure project construction safety risk,need through the control of risk management to achieve risk accident,prevent the happening of the accident,the full implementation of achieve the safe production of the enterprise.As a first-tier city,SZ has a great demand for infrastructure construction,especially transportation facilities.The subway project is one of them.The construction prospect is broad,the construction difficulty is big,the risk management starts late,needs the theory and the practice union,the thorough research risk control effective method to realize the construction safety.(1)With the continuous expansion of urban development scale and increasing capital investment,subway construction projects face more and more severe management and control challenges,and the problem of risk management and control becomes more and more prominent.Improving the level of risk management has become an inevitable research object for large-scale construction of subway projects.The second phase of SZ subway line 6 passes through longhua,futian and luohu districts,with a total length of about 11.7km.Science museum station as the end of the line,according to the requirements of the regulations,the station shall be followed by a return line,and the station shall be preceded by a single crossing line.The construction project is located in the central area of the city,which is difficult to construct.The project risk management problem is relatively prominent,so the importance of risk management needs to be really considered and further studied and analyzed.(2)Facing the outstanding problems,on the basis of comprehensively summarizes relevant literature,through the scientific method of statistical analysis,fully aware of the risk management theory,to explore the mechanism of risk,combining with the construction of the project to define risk,using the methods of risk management identification,evaluation and control process of in-depth study,combined with the SZ metro concrete project construction project risk management empirical analysis.(3)As a project under construction,SZ subway science museum station,in order to realize the control of project construction risk,conducts in-depth analysis on the risk formation factors through AHP,and finally concludes that the main risks of the project are confined water surge,high-altitude fall and foundation pit excavation and support.Among the environmental risks of engineering construction projects,deformation and settlement of surrounding buildings are the primary risks;In the risk of organizational management,the loss of management personnel and unclear job responsibilities are the primary risks.(4)Risk control is based on scientific risk assessment.The control mainly combines the assessment results from risk monitoring,risk early warning,risk response,and PDCA theory to carry out dynamic cycle management from planning,implementation,feedback and adjustment to achieve the ultimate goal of risk control. |
