With the continuous upgrading of equipment,countries are actively exploring advanced maintenance support technologies to maintain good equipment performance and extend equipment life.The equipment maintenance support task is an important module of the equipment maintenance support system,and reasonable decomposition of the task is the basis for the whole operation process.In recent years,as tasks consume more and more resources,traditional maintenance support technologies show the disadvantage of the low resource and task coordination efficiency,which lead to inefficient task execution.The equipment maintenance support system in the cloud environment can increase the flexibility of resource scheduling and enhance the information interaction between tasks,which attracts much attention.However,for the reason of the uncertain resource distribution in the cloud environment,how to decompose tasks reasonably to achieve a balance between task granularity and resource scheduling is an urgent problem to be solved.By analyzing the characteristics of equipment maintenance support tasks in the cloud environment,a variable granularity decomposition algorithm for equipment maintenance support tasks is explored in this paper.First,the basic theory of equipment maintenance support is introduced,which states the related concepts of task decomposition and clarifies its importance in the equipment maintenance support system.Second,the characteristics of equipment maintenance support in the cloud environment are analyzed.In response to the uneven distribution of resources,the cost of resource scheduling is collected as a comprehensive cost value,and a meta-model of equipment maintenance support tasks is constructed.In addition,the ontology knowledge is incorporated into the field of equipment maintenance support,which helps construct the equipment maintenance support task ontology,thus a formal description method of tasks based on ontology is proposed.Then,the domain knowledge is introduced to expand the operation operators and methods of the classic HTN planning model,which leads to an improved HTN planning model.In the gradual task decomposition process under this model,the internal structure of a single subtask,the information interaction between different subtasks,the matching relationship between subtasks and resources are comprehensively considered,thus a subtask granularity analysis model,a subtask correlation analysis model,and a resource balance analysis model are formed,thus a variable granularity decomposition algorithm based on the improved HTN planning equipment maintenance support task is designed.Finally,a motor unit maintenance support task decomposition is performed,which validates the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
