To achieve sustainable development is a major challenge faced by many countries in their development.To meet the major challenge of sustainable social development,we should put the goal into a more long-term perspective,pay more attention to comprehensive benefits,and ensure the sustainable competitiveness of power grid.China’s power grid practices the national energy development policy of "saving,clean and safe",strives to catch up with the new round of energy technology revolution in accordance with the 2019-2020 Action Plan for Promoting The Development of Comprehensive Energy Service Business,vigorously builds regional power grid interconnection projects,and builds an open,cooperative and win-win energy service platform.Regional power grid interconnection project with across wide areas,long construction period,strong engineering technical,itself contains abundant social attribute,etc,these will cause the project investment income has great uncertainty,therefore to consider comprehensive benefit of regional power grid interconnection project portfolio optimization study,have important theoretical and realistic significance.In this paper,the regional grid interconnection project in China is taken as the research object,combined with the background of energy interconnection,firstly,the current situation of regional grid interconnection project in China is described in detail.Next,the paper summarizes seven characteristics by literature research,expert consultation and field research.Combined with the current situation of this kind of engineering research and analysis of these seven characteristics,it is found that in the process of studying the regional grid interconnection project portfolio optimization,in addition to the economic and social characteristics of a large number of scholars,the environmental benefits of the project gradually become the focus of research.Therefore,the objective function selection of the investment portfolio optimization model of regional power grid interconnection project in this paper has the greatest comprehensive benefits in three aspects of economy,society and environment.Secondly,the weights of three objective functions of economy,society and environment are calculated,and the portfolio optimization model of regional power grid interconnection project considering comprehensive benefits is established based on the constraints of project,capital and pollutant emission.Then,according to the optimization model established in this paper,the optimization algorithm of the salp swarm with few parameters,simple calculation and fast global optimization is selected to solve the model.And based on the mutation,crossover and selection operation of the improved differential evolution algorithm,we search the population of each generation of the the salp swarm algorithm,and increase the diversity of the search population,so that the average convergence speed and positioning accuracy of the final algorithm based on differential evolution to solve the optimization model are faster and higher.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm are verified by empirical analysis of 7 regional grid interconnection projects in the project alternative pool,which provides a suitable decision-making method for the optimization investment decision of complex grid.
