At present,China's economic development continues to maintain stable and good growth.In the future,people have higher and more diversified requirements for power service.In order to further improve the scientificity and effectiveness of power grid construction and development,and to reconcile and solve the complex evaluation problems such as many directions and contradictions faced by the current and future power grid development,this paper proposes a set of regional power grid comprehensive evaluation and factor analysis index system and research methods.It mainly includes the following contents:1.The index system of regional power grid comprehensive evaluation and factor analysis is established from five aspects: power grid economic benefit,power grid security risk management and control ability,power grid supply and development ability,customer service level,and power grid intelligent application level.At the same time,each index of regional power grid comprehensive evaluation index system is analyzed in detail.2.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the improved set empirical mode decomposition(EMD),the weight calculation model of comprehensive evaluation index of regional power grid benefits and development is established.The model is used to remove the subjective component of a single expert,obtain the stable objective trend information in the evaluation value,and determine the weight of the comprehensive evaluation index of regional power grid benefits and development.3.Make full use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It includes the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation sentence set,the determination of membership function of evaluation index corresponding to evaluation sentence set from quantitative and qualitative aspects,the establishment of scoring methods and criteria for each index,so as to form a systematic and complete regional power grid benefit and development comprehensive evaluation index system and research methods.Finally,the paper applies the proposed comprehensive evaluation index system and model of regional power grid benefits and development to the comprehensive evaluation of the current situation and future power grid construction and development in many regions,and obtains the evaluation results.The evaluation results are analyzed according to different criteria and impact aspects,and the weak links and existing problems in different regions are analyzed and determined based on the research and analysis conclusions.It can provide guidance for the optimization and improvement of regional power grid,as well as how to improve management,avoid safety risks,improve power supply capacity,improve servicelevel and deepen the application of intelligent technology.The experimental results show that the model and method proposed in this paper have certain practical value.
