Research On New Rural Pension Community Planning

With the aging trend of our country facing the problem of old-age care is increasingly concerned by all walks of life,the construction of pension community in Youxiang village is still in the exploration stage,so the research has certain theoretical and practical application value.In this paper,the planning and construction of the new rural old-age care community is explored with the example of Ma Yuan Zhuang village in Kunshan city,which is close to Shanghai metropolis.First,focusing on the issue of old-age care,the paper mainly combs the national policy,the present situation of urban and rural old-age care,as well as domestic and foreign research cases and documents,based on the two development concepts of "sharing" and "medical care ",excavates the value of local characteristics,exerts the rural environment and cultural advantages,and defines the core concept connotation of the new rural community carrier to undertake the health care industry.Second,through analyzing the main old-age model,development stage and development trend of our country at present,according to the characteristics and satisfaction of the elderly people,we can grasp the needs of our country for the aged at the present stage,and analyze the contradictions and opportunities of development.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the traditional single old-age model and the modern rural multi-age model,and clarifies the influencing factors of the new rural old-age community planning.Thirdly,through the comparison between the traditional Kangju village and the new old-age village construction,the new rural old-age community planning index and pedigree and its main scene are constructed,and the new rural old-age community planning model is built from four aspects: village style,ecological context,infrastructure and health care space.Finally,taking Ma Yuan Zhuang Village of Kunshan City as an example,the rural old-age community planning is carried out from the aspects of village style,healthy and healthy space,rest place and basic matching,and the research can provide reference for the local construction of rural old-age community.
