Rebuilding Of Rural Community With Multiple Participation

At present,the countryside is not only the hot soil of construction,but also the key object of planning research.From the call of rural value to the study of rural issues in the past to the discussion of how to compile and implement rural planning.More and more research topics confirm that rural revitalization is not a simple engineering design.However,the current rural planning has not yet formed a unified paradigm,there are still many problems in basic research,results preparation,planning implementation and so on.Especially,there are many types of villages.As an important type of villages,how to revitalize them in the future is worth studying.This design chooses She village in Jiangning District of Nanjing as the design object.Based on the two levels of village problem research and theoretical research.Through on-the-spot investigation,in-depth interviews,exchange of research processes and literature review in different periods,we find that the core problem of many problems in villages is the marginalization of villagers'roles.The main manifestations are as follows:tourism development does not benefit the interests of villagers,there are differences in the distribution of village features,the government construction does not match the needs of villagers,and the tourism stickiness of villages is weak,and the cultural characteristics are not significant.On this basis,using the theory of"community"for reference,the value orientation of this rural planning and design-the design value orientation of villagers'role regression is further proposed.The design module of comprehensive consideration of space and system is clarified,and four core space design strategies and three system improvement suggestions are put forward.At the level of spatial design,through integrating the views and expectations of different groups of people for She village,using low intervention design techniques,hoping to play a better enlightening role with less intervention.Let the villagers become the leading force of rural development and construction in the future.It mainly puts forward four strategies and concrete practices from four levels:industry,tourism,public facilities and public space.In industry,more emphasis is laid on the overlapping innovation of industries to realize the interchange of urban and rural elements and the restoration of the cooperative relationship between villagers'production;in tourism,emphasis is laid on the integration of village culture to realize the identification of the external subject and the villagers with village culture;in public facilities,overall planning of the needs of tourism and non-tourism facilities to achieve flexible sharing;in public space,emphasis is laid on tapping informal village public.Common space,in order to guide villagers to carry out common village transformation in the future.Institutional suggestions mainly put forward corresponding improvement suggestions from the development model,joint action and governance structure in order to guarantee the implementation of the plan.In terms of development mode,it is suggested to adopt the mode of government leading in the early stage and gradually fading out in the later stage,so as to ensure the participation of villagers and market forces in the later stage.In terms of joint action,it is suggested that villages should form different village groups,and that each group should unite the villagers in the group to sort out the space transformation actions of different themes according to the importance of interests.Combining with social forces,we should carry out relevant social practice.In terms of governance structure,we should give full play to the advantages of villagers'cooperatives and rely on the cooperative platform to increase villagers' voice rights.Through the optimization of governance structure,we can stimulate the leading role of the township talents.On the one hand,so that villagers can express their feelings,on the other hand,cooperatives can be supervised.We will improve the commitment of cooperatives to public welfare undertakings in villages.Generally speaking,the design pays more attention to the use and improvement of the small space of villagers'own life in space,and pays more attention to the construction of villagers' governance platform in system.
