| In recent years,the development of automotive industry has changed from rapid to high-quality.The automotive market concentration is further improved,the head effect is highlighted,and the competition is becoming white-hot.The "elimination competition" of automotive manufacturers may be accelerated.Informatization is one of the essential means to enhance the competitiveness of automotive enterprises.In order to support the innovative development,enterprises can improve their core competitiveness by increasing information management ability and information technology.HM Automobile Group(hereinafter referred to as HM)established its’ first factory in Hainan Island in 1988.After more than 30 years of development,HM has grown into a wellknown enterprise in China’s private sector.In 2019,it ranked among the top 500 private enterprises in China,with a total tax of more than 20 billion yuan.From 2019 to 2021,in order to cope with the fierce aotomotive market competition,HM was planning to carry out a more focused development and operation strategy,which can promote the implementation of the "six ones" strategy focusing on "one new marketing".This paper takes the information management of HM as the object,draws lessons from the advanced information management theory and research results in the world,and combined with the situation of HM,investigates the existing problems of HM,optimizes the information management system of HM,finally makes it assist the strategic transformation of HM.The author combines his abundant practical experience with the basic theory of information management,using the methods of literature research,investigation research,expert interview,system research,case analysis and so on,mainly found HM has these problems that the original information management does not match the strategic enterprise change,and the information construction in the marketing field does not satisfy the new marketing strategy,and the information personnel’s management has not been paid enough attention to,and the basic technology platform has shortcomings.Then,in view of the above problems,the author combined with the characteristics of HM,studied and put forward countermeasures.The optimization of information management system and framework can be realized by the improvements of information organization structure,marketing information construction,the information personnel’s management and underlying technology platform.Through the improvement of these four points,this paper can assist HM to implement the strategic transformation,and provides reference for the information management of other automotive manufacturers. |
