| In the context of the country’s advocacy of the "Belt and Road",my country’s construction companies have gone overseas to open up new markets.The development of global informatization has broken the original asymmetry of market information,and overseas engineering contracting business is in full competition.At this stage,bidding units have adopted low-price bidding strategies,which has compressed the overall profit space of the industry,and the pressure on overseas engineering projects is increasing.In this context,in the project management of the construction unit,on the one hand,we must focus on cost control,on the other hand,we need to improve our core competitiveness to face market challenges.Effective and effective control of construction costs is the key to ensuring the profitability of the enterprise,and it has important practical significance for improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise’s overseas market.This article focuses on improving the cost management capacity of construction enterprises,integrates the life cycle of overseas highway engineering projects,applies management principles,improves the construction project cost management system,and realizes the overall goal management optimization of overseas projects.The main work contents are as follows:(1)Sort out the research status of project cost management at home and abroad,aim to improve the cost management capability of overseas engineering projects,and determine the research focus.(2)Introduce the characteristics and cost management framework of highway projects,and demonstrate the importance of optimizing project cost management throughout the life cycle of highway projects.(3)Sort out the influencing factors of international highway engineering,establish a hierarchical system of influencing factors on this basis,and use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each influencing factor.(4)Taking the San Jose to San Ignacio road construction project in Bolivia as the engineering background,introduce project cost management experience by using earned value management and SWOT analysis.(5)Analysis of key measures to improve profitability in cost management of overseas highway engineering projects.(6)In the early stage of the project,through the application of information technology,the actual cost of the project has been accurately calculated for cost control and bid quotation. |
