Study On The Evaluation Of The Reconstruction Of Infectious Disease Multi-functional Building Of County-level Hospitals In Yunnan Province

In recent years,my country’s medical and health industry has developed rapidly,and the demand for medical buildings has increased sharply.Especially after the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia,the ability of hospital buildings to respond to infectious diseases has become a focus of attention.However,the existing infectious disease multi-functional buildings in hospitals generally have defects such as irrational layout,incomplete functions,and poor isolation effects.Therefore,how to build or renovate hospital buildings for infectious diseases in accordance with the new standards and improve the ability to prevent,control and treat infectious diseases has become one of the hot topics in research.The paper is based on the multi-functional building of infectious diseases in the existing county-level hospitals of Yunnan Province,and takes the transformability evaluation of the multi-functional building renovation of infectious disease as the research object to carry out the evaluation research on the remodelability of the multifunctional building of infectious diseases.First of all,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of infectious disease multi-functional building,the contents and causes of the transformation,the standards and requirements of the transformation,and analyzes the influencing factors of the construction transformation of the infectious disease complex building from the aspects of policy,construction,economy and technology by Delphi method.Then,according to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,sustainable development theory,building performance evaluation theory and other related theories,this paper constructs an evaluation index system mainly composed of 17 evaluation indexes,including county-level financial policy,reform approval policy,building location,internal layout,building function,design scheme and reconstruction cost,and is determined by AHP,entropy weight method and linear weighting method The comprehensive weight of the evaluation index,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the evaluation model.Finally,taking Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province as an example,the paper evaluates the reconstruction of infectious disease complex building in county hospitals in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province,and determines its transformability level,so as to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation model,at the same time,it is suggested that Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture should give priority to the reconstruction of the infectious disease multi-functional building of Deqin County People’s Hospital,and then the comprehensive building of Weixi County People’s Hospital,so as to gradually improve the ability of infectious disease prevention and treatment.In novel coronavirus pneumonia,the paper has carried out the evaluation study of the building of infectious disease complex building in county hospitals during the period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic.It will not only have strong theoretical significance for the evaluation of the building of the infectious disease complex building in the future,but also has a strong practical guiding significance in improving the capacity of infectious disease prevention and control in Yunnan.
