mankind has faced many big tests,especially the SARS epidemic in2003 and the outbreak and epidemic of the New coronavirus pneumonia at the end of 2019,which have caused a serious impact on my country’s public health system.Facing a severe test.The New crown pneumonia outbreak that broke out at the end of 2019 was mainly spread by the respiratory tract.Because the virus is extremely contagious,the number of patients with severe infectious diseases has increased rapidly in a short period of time.As the main hospital for infectious disease patients,the number and scale of infectious disease hospitals are limited.The surge of severe infectious disease patients cannot be completely treated within time.As the main body of my country’s medical service provision,general hospitals have fever clinics that undertake the screening and observation of fever patients during the epidemic.However,due to imperfect hardware facilities and poor functions Problems such as unreasonable line design cannot meet the demand for diagnosis and treatment space for patients with severe infectious diseases in a short time,and it is easy to lose the best golden block and diagnosis and treatment time in the early stage of epidemic prevention and control.In order to give full play to the role of general hospitals in the prevention and control of the epidemic,and improve the ability of general hospitals to respond to public health emergencies,based on the principle of epidemic prevention function conversion,the design of designated general hospitals that undertake epidemic treatment is to respond to sudden infections.The inevitable choice for illness.In this paper,based on the background of the need for the integration of epidemic prevention and treatment,the transformation and design of the epidemic prevention function transformation of the infectious disease diagnosis and treatment space in general hospitals is carried out.First,it introduces the background of the combination of usual state and epidemic disease,the practical application of the combination of usual state and epidemic in medical buildings,and the scope of application of the hospitals.Secondly,taking some general hospitals in Beijing as the research object,summarize and analyze the problems in the use and management of infectious disease diagnosis and treatment space in general hospitals during the epidemic from the four aspects of the general layout of the hospital,building space,supporting systems,and operation and maintenance management,and address the problems in the use and management of infectious disease diagnosis and treatment spaces in general hospitals during the epidemic.The question puts forward the main points of the design of functional transformation and transformation in usual state and epidemic situations.Finally,the Peking University Third Hospital is used as the research object to analyze the problems in the infectious disease of severe infectious diseases can be met,and the general hospital’s medical treatment capabilities for responding to public health emergencies can be brought into full play.In a word,this article will base on the actual needs of general hospital function transformation,carry out the transformation design research of the existing general hospital from the perspectives of functional zoning and streamline organization,and propose corresponding transformation measures,and strive to make the research process and results of this article useful for the follow-up.Further research and practice have certain reference value.
