| In recent years,China’s economy has entered the new normal of medium and high-speed growth,and has entered the critical period of economic restructuring.As a pillar industry of national economy,automobile industry has played a good demonstration effect in these two aspects,and occupies an important and unique position in the layout of industrial innovation.At present,there are relatively few researches on marketing at home and abroad,especially in the marketing opportunities of emerging automobile market and its impact on the development of automobile sales industry.In order to better promote the development of FD automobile company,it is an important starting point to construct and design automobile marketing strategy including horizontal and vertical comparison.It is of great guiding significance for the long-term development and rapid growth of the automobile company to construct the unique marketing strategy following the current industry development trend.This paper focuses on the proposition of improving the marketing strategy of FD automobile company.First of all,the existing research is mostly qualitative research on pricing and sales,but lack of systematic research on automobile marketing strategy.By consulting the data and combining with the previous views,referring to the existing domestic and foreign marketing system,and referring to the successful strategy guidance cases of domestic automobile companies,combined with pest and SWOT analysis method,the key design scheme of FD automobile company’s marketing strategy is finally obtained.Secondly,we follow up the current development trend of the Internet,according to the previous relevant analysis to get the specific project of marketing strategy,from the aspects of business transformation and upgrading,automobile after market service ecosystem,new automobile retail,automobile culture experience and entertainment experience,we give specific solutions in turn.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy of FD Auto City,we also put forward a series of safeguard measures from the aspects of talent guarantee,technical support and capital guarantee.This paper finds that the existing successful cases in China are not only outstanding in the top-level design of industrial strategy,but also have excellent strategic thinking and long-term planning in terms of industrial positioning and specific commercial layout.These are what FD automobile company needs to study hard at present.Finally,combined with the above conclusions,we give the specific feasible path and marketing decision-making suggestions.The limitations and deficiencies of this study are discussed in order to lay a foundation for future research.As an applied research paper,the impact improvement strategy proposed in this paper has certain theoretical guidance value for FD Automobile Co.,Ltd.,and also gives enlightenment to marketing practice. |
