With the progress and development of society,water resources are not only the necessities of human life,but also widely used in biological drinking water,farmland irrigation,industrial development and urban greening.The development and utilization of water resources has affected the economic development of the country and region to a certain extent.The adjustment of industrial structure is the main factor affecting the economic development,and the unreasonable water structure will restrict the economic development.By studying the interaction between water use structure and industrial structure,this paper puts forward reasonable optimization methods for industrial structure and water structure,which can better promote regional economic development and rational utilization of water resources.Dandong City,Chaoyang City and Shenyang City,which represent the east of Liaoning Province,are selected to study the current situation of economic development and water use level.Secondly,the coordination between water use structure and industrial structure of the three cities is analyzed through two indicators of partial water degree of industrial structure and extensive degree of water use structure,and coupling coordination degree model is used to analyze the coupling between industrial system and water use system Finally,the model of regional economy and water use structure is constructed to simulate the coupling and coordinated changes of water use system and industrial system under different levels of industrial structure and water use structure changes(1)The GDP of the three cities showed a trend of first growth and then decrease,and the growth of the primary industry was slow;the change trend of the secondary industry was similar to the total output value,in which the industry decreased significantly in 2013 and began to rise slightly in 2016;the construction industry showed sustained growth,and the construction industry gradually replaced the dominant position of general industry in the secondary industry of Dandong and Chaoyang.The tertiary industry is growing rapidly,and has gradually replaced the secondary industry as the main economic growth point of each city since 2015.(2)The water use structure of the three cities changed.The agricultural water consumption in Shenyang and Dandong decreased gradually,and Chaoyang began to increase after 2014;the industrial water consumption decreased significantly,and the domestic and ecological water consumption increased gradually.According to the water consumption index of 10000 yuan industrial added value,the water consumption level of the primary industry has been significantly improved,while that of the secondary industry only in Dandong City has been increased significantly,while that of the tertiary industry is not obvious.(3)Through the analysis of the coupling coordination degree of water use system and industrial system in three cities,the coupling coordination degree fluctuates between high coordination coupling and low coordination coupling,and gradually stabilizes in high coordination coupling after the adjustment of industrial structure and water use structure.Among the three cities,Dandong has the highest coupling coordination scheduling.(4)Through the simulation and application of the industrial structure water structure response feedback model,the results show that in the industrial structure adjustment,the change of the output value of the primary industry has a greater impact on the coupling coordination degree of the industrial system and water use system in Shenyang and Dandong,and the change of the output value of the tertiary industry has a greater impact on the coupling coordination degree of the two systems in Chaoyang City.In the water structure,the change of water consumption in the secondary industry has a greater impact on the coupling and coordination degree of Dandong and Chaoyang systems,and the change of water consumption of the tertiary industry has a greater impact on the coupling coordination degree of the two systems in Shenyang.
