In recent years,with the rapid growth of knowledge economy,people pay more and more attention to information.Enterprises want to stand firm not only benefit s from advanced science and technology,but also need s advanced management idea.Budget management becomes a new management idea,which has been paid more and more attention by the public place,and it has been widely used and spread in many enterprises.At present,electric enterprises have carried out radical reform,and the traditional management system has been difficult to reach the rapid development of electric enterprises.Therefore,electric enterprises carry out a new budget management,which plays the most important point in establishing a new management system.Based on the research situation and theory of budget management over these years,this paper shows the professional knowledge,theories and some experience in enterprise management.It is analyzed the current situation of budget management.It is analyzed deeply the problems in the budget management system,preparation,implementation,evaluation and supervision of the company,such as weak budget awareness,insufficient strategic connection,inac curate budgeting data,blurring budget responsibility and unapparent budget incentive effect.In view of the existing problems,this paper fully combines with the actual situation of the company,and explores the causes of problems.This paper improves the level of comprehensive budget management from five aspects,such as strengthening budget management awareness,establishing strategic goals,optimizing budgeting methods,enhancing department communication and strengthening budget evaluation.At last,the company ensures the implementation of budget management from informational,institutional and organizational views.This paper conducts a case study on the actual situation of Hengdong Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,and provides samples for the effective implem entation of budget management of other electric power companies.It has important practical reference significance to promote the improvement of enterprise management level.
