Railway is the backbone and one of the main modes of transportation in the integrated transportation system,and plays a key role in the development of the national economy.With the unprecedented speed development of my country’s high-speed railway,the technology of train vehicles is changing with each passing day.As the structure of trains becomes more and more complex,the technical requirements for safety,reliability,availability,etc.are becoming higher and higher.However,due to the complex operating environment,corrosion,temperature,humidity and other effects of the traction system device,and the long-term operation in the harsh environment with severe vibration and frequent impact,its internal mechanical and electrical components will inevitably age and wear,resulting in failure.Occasionally,it may be stopped due to secondary failures,which delays the normal operation of the train,affects the transportation order of the entire line and even the entire road,and also causes significant economic losses.Therefore,this article first clarifies the status of online diagnosis and intelligent processing of train traction system faults and the significance of this subject.Introduced the overall structure of the train traction system,the principle of the traction control system and the composition of the control unit in detail,and analyzed the fault online diagnosis and online processing commonly used in the case of the current train fault.Some abnormal working conditions(such as over-voltage,over-current,over-temperature),etc.are diagnosed and the problem of the specific fault source cannot be accurately located,which leads to excessive protection of the system and poor availability.On the basis of the problem of train traction system Online diagnosis and fault intelligent processing system.This article introduces in detail the technical solutions for online diagnosis of traction system faults,and puts forward two practical online diagnosis methods based on fault diagnosis rule base and online diagnosis of traction system faults based on data mining,which can be achieved by the methods proposed in this article.Accurate diagnosis and location of the fault source of the traction system.At the same time,on the premise of achieving accurate diagnosis and location of the fault source,this paper proposes an intelligent fault reset technology,which automatically resets the fault under the premise of ensuring safety and exerting the most traction.Then,based on the premise of safety,accuracy,availability and other indicators,the in-depth study of the fault operation model based on the optimization of power play and the intelligent classification of fault removal technology based on the knowledge base are guaranteed to ensure the maximum safety,reliability and availability in the case of train or train failure run.Finally,on the basis of determining the online diagnosis and intelligent processing method of train traction system faults,the use of matlab tools to develop on-site train data auxiliary analysis software,and the collection of on-site data to verify the online fault diagnosis and intelligent processing functions studied in this paper.
