After China put forward the development strategy to build China into a maritime power,the status of the marine economy in our national economy has increased year by year,which exceeded 8 trillion yuan in 2018,accounting for more than 9.3% of GDP.As an important part of the marine tertiary industry,the port logistics industry provides endless vitality for the marine economy due to its inexhaustible vitality.Among them,the port warehousing industry is the most important aspect in the port logistics industry.The operation of an efficient warehousing system can effectively improve the efficiency of the logistics industry.At the same time,in the process of port sorting operations,employees are always inseparable,so that the fatigue of human operations needs to be taken into account.The generation of fatigue will cause changes in the working status of employees and affect the efficiency of work.It can be seen that studying employee fatigue has great practical significance for the production work of enterprises.Therefore,this paper starts from the perspective of different sorting strategies,and focuses the fatigue research object on the sorter who drives the forklift.Then,the simulation software Flex Sim is used to establish models to study the changes of order quantity,sorting time,forklift travel speed and utilization rate under the condition of no job fatigue and job fatigue according to the single sorting and order batching strategies,and the optimal strategies under the two conditions are obtained through data analysis.Firstly,the theoretical basis of the port storage system and sorting system were analyzed.Starting with the port warehousing system,the system composition,function division and operation flow were elaborated.At the same time,considering that the sorting system as the central link of the warehousing system was mainly affected by the sorting strategy,the sorting strategy was taken as the research emphasis in this paper.Secondly,considering that employees will produce fatigue during work,which will affect the overall system operation efficiency,the basic contents of the basic definition,classification and manifestation of fatigue were studied.Then,based on the combination of fatigue and actual work,the concepts,characteristics and causes of employee work fatigue were analyzed.After that,the impact of operational fatigue was analyzed,and the fatigue rating coefficient table was developed to obtain the comprehensive index coefficients under different fatigue ratings,which laid the foundation for the setting of employee fatigue in the port warehouse sorting strategy model.Thirdly,the theoretical modeling of port warehouse sorting strategy was studied.The operation process of warehousing and sorting operations in the port were analyzed overall,and the evaluation indexes of sorting operations were proposed.Two sorting strategies commonly used in port warehousing sorting operations,namely single sorting and order batching strategies,were used to study,and the basic algorithm of sorting strategy and the purpose of simulation were clarified.On above basis,a sorting strategy simulation case was established and the hypothesis in the simulation case was construct.At the same time,focus on the work fatigue of employees on the sorter driving the forklift,it explained how the sorter affects and changes the forklift loading and unloading time,driving speed and utilization rate after the work fatigue.Finally,the simulation of port warehouse sorting strategy was studied.The functional characteristics,basic composition and modeling steps of the Flex Sim simulation software were analyzed,and the reasons why choosing the software were explained.Based on the theory of port warehousing sorting strategy simulation cases and the effects of operation fatigue,four basic models of port warehousing sorting strategy were established,namely Sorting by order(no work fatigue)and Sorting by order(with work fatigue),Order batching(without work fatigue)and Order batching(with work fatigue).After completing the basic model layout,the entity parameters were set and code was written according to different models,and the data output were analyzed in terms of order completion volume,sorting time,forklift travel speed and utilization rate.As a result,the optimal strategy of the port warehouse sorting system with or without operating fatigue could be obtained.Moreover,this paper proposed several methods to eliminate the operation fatigue,which could provide suggestions and references for improving the efficiency of port warehousing and sorting operation system.At the same time,from the perspective of reducing the movement distance of sorters,two more suitable sorting strategies are proposed: PartitionOrder batching strategy and Partition-Sorting by order strategy.
