| With the rapid development of the international shipping industry,the carrying capacity of container transport ships is becoming larger and larger,and the business volume of shipping companies is becoming more and more extensive.The increase of the container throughput of terminals puts forward higher requirements on the terminals themselves.The intensification of the competitiveness of each Container terminals makes it necessary for terminals to consider their own production costs while continuously improving their service capabilities.Due to the limitation of space conditions and the high cost of equipment purchase,container terminals are required to conduct more reasonable scheduling based on existing equipment,thereby improving port production efficiency and shortening customers’ time in port.Therefore,container terminals equipment scheduling has become a hot issue in research.In the daily production business of the container terminals,the operation equipment of the yard cranes,yard trucks and quay cranes complete the transportation of containers from the yard to the front of the wharf apron,thus completing the task of loading and unloading ships.With the progress and improvement of technology,operation bottleneck began to transfer to the yard.At the same time,yard cranes will also serve the external trucks to complete the container collection and distribution port task.Therefore,the reasonable optimal dispatching of the yard cranes is of great significance for improving the production efficiency of the yard,improving the service level of the container terminals and reducing the production cost.This article takes yard cranes as the research object,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the research at home and abroad,inherited and improved the advantages and disadvantages of the existing research results.The container reshuffle operation is an important reason for the efficiency of the yard crane dispatching and wharf operations.The article summarizes and analyzes the container dumping operation.On this basis,through the research on the actual operating environment of the yard cranes,considering the constraints and influencing factors in the actual operation process,the research from the field bridge and the multi yard cranes from shallow to deep was completed,and the following research was completed results.First,the model construction and solution of single yard crane scheduling optimization are completed.Considering the influence of container reshuffle on yard crane scheduling in the process of yard crane scheduling,a mathematical model is established to minimize the total operation time and container reshuffle of yard crane by comprehensively considering the actual operation constraints of yard crane scheduling.According to the characteristics of the model,using the advantages of genetic algorithm in solving NP-hard problems,a realistic algorithm is designed to solve the model,and heuristic rules are integrated into the algorithm.In order to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and model,through the analysis of the actual case,the results show that it can effectively shorten the operation time of the yard crane and reduce the amount of container reshuffle,which has a guiding significance for the actual operation of the yard crane.Second,based on the single yard crane scheduling model,the multi yard crane scheduling problem is further studied by focusing on the actual operation of the container terminals.It is pointed out that the multi yard crane scheduling is not simply copying the single yard crane scheduling,but needs to consider the equipment interference in the cooperative operation process,such as not crossing,and other factors.The work is balanced to avoid the situation where the yard crane is idle or a crane runs for a long distance.By designing an improved genetic algorithm to solve the model,an algorithm acceleration strategy is introduced to accelerate the algorithm and improve the performance of the algorithm.At the same time,in order to make better use of the principle of genetic algorithm evolution,gene repair technology is introduced to repair chromosomes and retain excellent individuals in the chromosomes.Finally,through the comparative analysis of cases,it is proved that the multi yard crane scheduling model can effectively improve the operation efficiency of the yard crane and shorten the ship’s time in container terminals.The research methods adopted in this thesis,the completed research content and the research conclusions drawn are helpful supplements to the optimization problems of the yard crane scheduling in the container terminals equipment scheduling.The final research results obtained are of great significance for deepening the optimization of yard crane dispatching,and at the same time have a guiding value for improving the container terminals’ production efficiency and service level. |
